Located in a quiet rural cul-de-sac in Harford County's farming community, this gem sits above a 7-acre lake amongst beautiful, wooded scenery. Grande View 2 is a newly built and furnished bed room, bath, kitchenette, with adjustable King bed, and other amenities. Lake access is a short walk through one of our three wooded trails from the house. Full 365-degree access to the lake for fishing, kayaking and birdwatching is available; a wonderful place to relax.

We’ve stayed here before but in the fully furnished side. This unit doesn’t have the full kitchen or washer and dryer which we knew. It didn’t seem to have as much room as we’d hoped but that’s ok. We did hear noise from upstairs, people walking around.

Where can I start? This is an absolutely beautiful property set in rolling country hills beside a peaceful little lake. Gaze clearly at the moon and stars with zero light pollution. Wake to the sound of geese happily honking as they draw you to sit on the veranda, coffee in hand, watching them as the morning sun burns the fog off of the lake. Enjoy the scenery, take a walk around the lake, make a picnic to enjoy, have a campfire. There are endless activities to enjoy. The bed. Wow. I got a 100 sleep score for the first time, put it that way. The kitchenette and bathroom are clean and the water is hot. The hosts are quiet, helpful, and kind. They respond quickly and are always very polite and friendly. We will definitely return when we’re back in town.

Nice little getaway close to cool places

This was a nice little place that is in the country enough to feel peaceful but also close enough to a bunch of stuff to do that you can have the best of both worlds. Hosts were nice and gave clear direction. Room was nice, bed is comfy. It was perfect for just the two of us, had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway.

Tranquility Weekend

My husband and I arrived on Friday to relax and reset. This was a good place to do so the lake is peaceful. We had everything we needed. Please note there is no stove or oven which we did not need. Communication was good and responsive.
