CDA Place - Private 2BR 1BA 1,300 SF Bsmt Suite

Home located in beautiful CDA Place < 10 min from I-90. Street parking in front of home - shared main entrance - rental includes entire lower floor suite w/2 BR ea w/40" TV, 1 BA. Kitchenette w/sink, disposal, refrig/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker/pods, cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware. Large family/dining room w/65" TV, large sectional sofa, dining/game table (chess-checkers), elec dart board. Rental includes bedding, beach towels, toiletries, WIFI and a workspace desk.
The space
Guests will have access to 2BR ea with queen size bed and walk-in closets - large family room has space for 2-3 more guests to sleep on single and queen size Airbeds in family room (sleeping on sofa not allowed) - extra charge for more than 4 guests ($25/person/night) and extra charge for extra beds (one-time charge $25/extra bed) - maximum 7 guests total. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, ice, fruit, bagels and snacks/condiments provided at start of stay.
Guest access
Shared main entrance - Schlage Encode keypad entry - entire lower floor is private lockable suite for guests only. Literature for neighborhood trails and parks, local dining and other CDA activities/attractions is provided.
During your stay
Retired husband/wife + adult son occupy main and upper level of home. Note that we have 3 indoor cats on the main level - 2 are very friendly and 1 is a bit skittish - they are normally in our son's room or the living room on the main floor. Someone is normally home all the time - we are in and out for part-time jobs. Both Mark & Rose are also Uber drivers, so airport or dining/happy hour pickup/dropoff can be pre-arranged. We have a large backyard deck with seating and dining areas and an outdoor patio/igloo available for guest use. There is also a Blackstone gas grill which can be used by guests upon request. We enjoy socializing with guests and offer a welcome cocktail at guest's option.
Other things to note
Note that we have 3 indoor cats on the main level. We are located <10 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene Resort, shops, restaurants, bars, beaches, lake cruises and <3 miles from an abundance of local dining and shopping options (Texas Roadhouse, Anthony's Seafood, Cedars floating restaurant; Safeway, Alberstons Fred Meyer, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) Local attractions include Triple Play (<10 miles), Silverwood (<15 miles), CDA Casino (<30 miles - 32 minutes south on Hwy 95), ski resorts Silver Mountain (~ 1 Hr east I90) & Schweitzer (~1.25 Hrs north Hwy 95).
