This 1 bedroom 600 square feet high-floor condo across the street from the beach is setup for 4 guests, with amenities such as a kitchen, in-unit laundry, 2 dedicated workspaces, parking, and a shared saltwater pool. Centrally located in South Maui, the least rainy part of Maui, in a walkable neighborhood: 3 mins walk to Charley Young Beach, 5 mins walk to restaurants, 9 mins walk to The Cove, Maui Magazine’s “Best Surfing Beach in Maui for Beginners”. Hop into an Uber at OGG airport, and you're here in 20 mins.

Aloha and welcome to Kihei, South Maui. We fell in love with this area because of the beautiful sunsets and family-friendly beaches, and are glad to share this with you!

Whether you're a couple on a romantic vacation, a family with kids, or a remote worker, the condo, with 1 bedroom and separate living room, has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Highlights:
- Ceiling fans and window A/Cs in all rooms to stay cool.
- Remote-work friendly: fast internet and separate workspaces so 2 people can take meetings at the same time.
- Lanai (balcony) faces north-west, great for sunset-watching.
- Variety of beach toys and sports gear for your enjoyment.
- Kid-friendly amenities: plastic dinnerware, books, and games, recommendations for baby gear rental and nanny hire.
- In an elevator building. No need to climb stairs!
- Self-check-in anytime, even late at night. Condo complex is well-lit and parking is readily available.

Sleeping arrangements: queen bed in bedroom, queen sleeper couch in living room, tri-fold twin mattress that can be placed on living room floor.

Our favorite part about this condo is how everything you need is walking distance - coffee, restaurants, groceries, beaches, surfing, snorkeling! You are welcome to enjoy the condo complex's shared amenities, such as 6 tennis/pickleball courts, 3 pools (including 1 saltwater pool), and 3 BBQ areas.

A few more things to consider before booking:
- Although the condo does not face the busy S Kihei road or noisy pools, it gets occasional car noise. This is mitigated by the condo being on a high floor (3rd floor).
- No smoking or pets.
- Hawaii and Maui GET and TAT taxes of 18.712% are included in your total payment amount to VRBO. We do not collect any additional taxes, fees, or deposits. Free parking is included for 1 car.
- After you book, your name and phone number on your VRBO account will be provided to the condo complex for registration.
- There is a Ring doorbell camera on the condo front door, facing outside. The condo complex has security cameras in public spaces, such as by the office, the elevator, and by condo complex shared amenities.

Great Place to Stay

Sarah has a very comfortable and well-stocked condo to stay at. She has provided everything one needs and her attention to detail is second to none. Everything was there and was in good condition. And the condo was very clean. We have stayed at the Vista before but Sarah’s place is by far the best. Thank you for the hospitality!

Perfect Maui getaway

Wow! Condo exceeded our expectations! Great place for our family of 4 (8yo and 11yo kids). Every detail has been well thought out and had everything we needed. Very short walk across the street to the beach and walkable (or a short drive) to stores. Parking is easy; we never had trouble finding a spot near the condo. Owner is responsive and communicates all instructions/details well. Will definitely tell friends/family and we hope to return to this condo again!

Property was nice enough and location was good close to local beach. Lanai unfortunately was not available for most of stay. Painting and noise from construction equipment was right outside unit for 5 out of 7 day stay. Air conditioning was minimal, on a timer, so unit was uncomfortably warm at times.

Thank you for your feedback. The condo complex periodically conducts larger maintenance projects, like exterior painting of the whole building, including condo lanais. Unfortunately the timing of the painting was out of our control. We offered the guest an opportunity to change their reservation, but the guest wished to finish out their stay at our condo. The lanai painting is now done and guests now have full use of the lanai again.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for a week. Very convenient place, beach is a short walk across street. There are shops and dining to the left and right of the condo. This condo had everything we needed, beach chairs and a cooler we used almost everyday. My only complaint is that it is on a very busy street. The garbage trucks come right around 8am daily, it can be very loud. Overall, we are pleased with our stay. We would stay here again

Close to everything, spacious, sparkling clean.

Impeccably clean, great facilities, thoughtful details. My partner and I really enjoyed this condo and Sarah was easy to deal with, helpful and responded to messages immediately. Lots of beach goodies available for us to use. Great location, with shops, beaches, and grocery nearby. We didn't love the property management (they were not super friendly or helpful), but that wasn't really in the host's control. Overall one of the cleanest and most thoughtful properties we've stayed at.

Perfect place to stay in Maui!

This was the perfect place in Maui for my husband and I. We wanted a central location so we could see Hāna, Kaanapali, and Kihei without feeling like we had too far to drive each day. The condo unit was very clean and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. I didn’t even need to use my own shampoo, conditioner or body wash, so that was a nice touch they provided. We also appreciated the Brita water pitcher in the fridge! The location is perfect walking distance to the beach as well as places to eat and drink. It’s only a 10 minute walk in either direction for restaurants. Communication with the host was great and it’s a simple check in and out process. I would stay here again if we make it back to Maui!
