I had great communication from the owner, she was quick to welcome me and respond to our conversation throughout the process. She told me everything I needed to know upfront, even to warnings of possible noise from surrounding units. We had just one night of a stampeding child above who appeared to be on a sugar high at 11pm, but that's always a possibility anywhere there are multiple floors, lol. Oh, let me callout that there is a check-in process at the guard shack at the gate, so expect to be ready with your Bldg and Unit # when you first arrive. NBD and I probably missed it in the info somewhere. The unit is beautiful and very comfortable. I was traveling with my elderly mother, who uses a walker, and it was an easy in and out for her. No steps and there were grab bars in the master bathroom, where she made good use of the jet tub. The beds and all the furniture were super comfy. It was clean and well-maintained with all the amenities we needed. It's situated in a gated community on a golf course, which made us feel safe. Check your details for all the amenities when you get your details after booking. Oh, and one last touch we appreciated very much was a fully decorated Christmas tree (Dec trip), which which we enjoyed every night, along with the fireplace. BIG PLUS-not much requested from us at checkout! Check heat, locks and out the door. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this host and this property without hesitation.
