Welcome to The Sunshine House, Located just a few minutes from downtown Jensen Beach, The Sunshine House offers a beautiful place intentionally made for you and your family to rest or have fun after a day on the beach.

The Sunshine house is newly renovated, under 10 minutes drive to the beach, and 15 minutes drive to downtown Stuart, walking distance to Indian River Side Park and Jensen Beach Boat Ramp.

The Sunshine House provides all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation.

The Sunshine State of Mind House is part of a duplex building. However, you don't have to share any parts of the house, yard, or pool area; the backyard/pool area is fully fenced for your privacy.

This is a very active neighborhood, you will see kids riding their bikes and playing basketball on the street, it is a busy street and people are always walking by.

The house is very clean and in an ideal location for events at the US Sailing Center. The only comment we have is that it was very dark when we arrived and could benefit from leaving the porch light on for arrivals. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

It was clean, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, had everything we needed, the snack basket was a delightful surprise. It would have been nice to have a coffee table, an end table or two, some lamps, overhead lights were a bit abrasive (too bright), the only lamp in the master bedroom was a light for the candle. Maybe consider a round table for the dining area. I was a bit surprised by the neighborhood, I’m not sure I’d be comfortable staying there alone but with my friends, it was fine.

The house summary is accurate... It's clean and convenient. Beds are VERY firm but prefer that to the opposite. Would def stay again.

We have professional cleaning after every stay and I personally went there to verify that everything was spotless before your stay. The pool was cleaned by a professional 7am on your checking date. We really do the best for the guest to have a comfortable and pleasant stay and Our overall review is always over 4.8 stars. For future reference, if you notice something that’s not in order during your stay you can message us or call and we can definitely assist you with the request. Ahhhh....

Daniel did a stellar job of renovation. Very clean and all amenities are there. Pool was very refreshing considering the temperatures were 10 degrees above normal. Older neighborhood but zero issues with safety. Highly recommend!

Great renovated duplex

This is a beautifully renovated duplex home. Very clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The pool was also a lovely addition to a hot summer day. We were not informed that this property was a duplex, which would have been nice to know. Also, the location of the home didn’t really match the description.

Working class neighborhood

Didn't know it was a neighborhood of duplexes. Didn't feel real safe. Our accomodations were very good but the neighborhood is not well kept.

SAFE neighborhood! Thank you for sharing your thoughts, the neighborhood is very active and there are kids on the street always, I personally live in the neighborhood and have never had any problems. Family get together

The house was very nice inside. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the coffee, tea and creamer on hand. We will use this property again in the future. It was cold so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool and outside area but they were inviting. This property was very close to a nice playground as well as the Children’s museum and Indian Riverside Park.
