Long Sands Beach Cottage Near Nubble Lighthouse

Welcome to 57 Long Beach Ave #7 in York Beach, Maine - this lovely vacation cottage is just a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Long Sands Beach and neighboring Short Sands Beach is just a 10-15 minute walk.

This compact vacation property features an open first floor plan with sofa, dining table, and kitchen (no dishwasher). A 3/4 bathroom includes a stacked washer/dryer, and the bedroom on the first floor includes a full-sized bed.

A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the remaining two bedrooms, one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with a trundle bed (two twins).

Spend your days at the beach and return to rinse off at the outdoor shower. A gas grill, deck with table/chairs, parking for 2 cars tandem-style, smart TV's for streaming, internet, ceiling fans, and two mini split AC units (one downstairs and one in the upstairs primary bedroom). No pets, no smoking.

Please note that linens and towels are not included (hand and kitchen towels as well as bed comforters and pillows will be provided).
