Enjoy a fun stay at this 2-bedroom Ski-in & Ski-out condo in Breckenridge. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a delightful, premier property featuring separate living areas and bedrooms, ensuring an enjoyable and comfortable experience for guests.

With amenities like a washing machine and dryer in the unit, hair dryer, fitness room, AC, heating, WiFi, iron, everything you need is at your fingertips.

The 2 Bedroom at Grand Lodge is actually two separate but attached units, allowing lots of extra room and privacy when needed.

The 1 Bedroom Residence includes a large King Size bedroom, full kitchen, living room, bar with chairs, separate dining table with chairs, and a washer & dryer. The unit includes 1 1/2 Baths, along with a balcony and fireplace.

There is a full bathroom with shower, sink & toilet, Connected to this is a separate bathroom space off the Bedroom with His & Her sinks and a large soaking tub.

Connected to the 1 Bedroom Residence is an additional 1 Bedroom Suite unit with another Bedroom and King Size Bed, Full Bath, a kitchenette, and another living area.

Both living rooms include a queen size sleeper sofas, so the 2 bedroom unit can accommodate 8 people.

You will also get two reserved and lockable ski lockers in the heated ski locker area. Just walk out the back door, walk about 20 steps and ski over to the Independence lift.

You will also receive two parking spaces in the heated underground garage.

Just on the other side of the Independence Lift is the free Gondola which can quickly take you over to Peak 8, or downtown.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 includes many on-site amenities including a nice lobby with sitting area and a large fireplace and a bar, kid pool area and indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, nice grills, fire pit, private movie theaters that can be reserved, game room, escape room, excellent spa, fitness center, covered & heated parking, "mini" store in the lobby area with a variety of items so that you may not need to go to the store if you forgot something, DVD rentals and and the on-site Seven's restaurant.

The on-site concierge will be happy to assist you with dining and activity recommendations and reservations.
