The Stay at Sixâ˘Oneâ˘Four is nestled in beautiful DOWNTOWN Williams, Arizona. Steps to Historic Route 66, restaurants, bars, Grand Canyon Railway, & a grocery store, this home has all the essential amenities with a splash of luxury and style. With memory-foam mattress, 2 twin size roll away beds, luxury linens, smart TVs, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning, you'll be comfortable no matter how you spend your stay! We do allow fur babies; please see our house rules for more information!
The home is centrally located to downtown Williams, AZ. A grocery store is a 30 second walk from the house! Itâs located right on the main strip so all of the shops, bars, and restaurants are just a short walk on Historic Route 66! **The home is located in the DOWNTOWN area, it is not in a neighborhood**

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note, this home is located in DOWNTOWN Williams. We have provided alarm clocks with sound machines, but since it is located in a busy downtown area, you should expect some noise.
PLEASE NOTE PET FEE AND RULES BELOW BEFORE BOOKING! 1 (one) service animal or 2 (two) small dogs (under 30 lbs), no exceptions. We will not make exceptions for multiple pets or service animals. We charge a $100 nonrefundable** pet fee for ANY fur babies. After a fur baby stays with us we perform a deep clean and take ALL of the used bedding and towels to the dry cleaner for a treatment to ensure future guests do not have any allergic reactions. The fee is to cover the extra costs we incur due to cleaning and being proactive and mindful other guestsâ sensitivities; not for the liability if your fur baby chews or damages something. PLEASE assure us that you will pick up after your pet, not allow them on the furniture, and excess pet hair will be cleaned up before departure. An ADDITIONAL $50 fee may be applied if excess pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, and/or yard. Please do not take any of the condiments, spices, butter, oils, or hot sauces in the house. They are for guestsâ use only.
Please read the guest book located inside the home at check in for information about the home, including instructions on adjusting the thermostat, wifi password, and other helpful tips and recommendations!
CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.
A $24 administration fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $500.
