BRM4 Is the game room with a full-size mattress in closet, a sofa bed and another futon chair that turns into a bed.
BRM5 is the theater room with large sofa that turns into a bed and a full-size mattress in closet that will sleep a family or friend group of 12.

- Also, downstairs, enjoy a well-stocked TV/game room large enough for family Foos ball tournaments. arcade game with all your favorite nostalgic games you grew up loving. We also provide card and board games for you to have fun all day long.
- In the lower level you have a spa like bathroom and convenient laundry room completing the space.

-The backyard is uniquely terraced and features 2 big sections of yards for hanging out and throwing frisbee to your pet.

Our home is a vibe and bright and comfortable, with a casual luxury-century charm.
