This villa is our business villa, which we use to meet our partners and to have meetings,it has the perfect working place with a view of the lake, ideal for spending time away from home. While we are abroad the place is free for our guests.

The modern and light furniture gave the apartment an elegant look.

Feel at home in our open-plan living and dining area that combines comfort and style, closed working area for 2 people and more. Dining table offers space for 6-8 people to share meals with a view of Switzerland.The fully equipped kitchen, modern and functional, allows for culinary creations. In addition, you will find our automatic machine and small treats. You can treat yourself to a delicious cup of coffee or tea there at any time.
In the evening, enjoy your favorite TV channels, or the fireplace or have a fun game night with family or friends.

Upper floor, with the balcony to the lake and mountain view with shower/WC and separate wellness bathroom. Relaxation area with TV, double bed.

A king-size bed with high-quality satin bed linen awaits you again in the second bedroom. The room has direct access to the garden. The rooms are quite the same.

The two brand new and modern bathrooms offer two bathrooms and 2 showers. In addition, both bathrooms are equipped with all the basics, such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion, washcloths, towels and bathrobes so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest.

We have also a room special to store all of your clothes. There is also a laundry and storage room for your private use. In addition to a washing machine, dryer and iron, ironing board and clothes horse, there is space for storing your skis and ski boots or larger items of luggage.


Terrace on the first floor with a hammock and a big garden with an area for barbeque, a ping pong table, there’s a place for basketball, an area for the kids and a barbeque.

We can support you with the car and driver to show all surroundings as a guide around, as well as we can send you the guide around Switzerland and all hilght for Luzern. For the extra price.
