You'll have full use of an upstairs apartment. Entering the apartment, you’re greeted by expansive windows with panoramic views of Lake Hartwell. In addition to the spacious living room with a 75” TV, you’ll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and large sunroom with plenty of lounge seating. A separate side patio lends a secluded space for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning.

The fun continues on Lake Hartwell! In addition to outdoor games like cornhole, our guests are welcome to use the provided kayak, paddleboard, and dock for up to one boat.

Cancellations: Please keep in mind that we will keep 3% of the payment you made to us to cover the credit card fees we had to pay at the time of booking.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:

Option 1: Damage Waiver ($50) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.

Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
- Early check-in
- Late check- out
- Kayak rentals
- Hot tub fees
etc.


You will have to be able to walk up and down a short hill to get down to the lake and the dock.
