Outdoor Oasis: Step outside and take in the fresh air in our charming outdoor spaces. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the patio this area is yours to relish.

Parking: Enjoy the convenience of one parking space in garage. There is also ample space in the back of the house. Large enough for a large truck/RV. Rest easy knowing that parking will never be a hassle during your stay.

Important Notes:

No parties, birthday celebrations, or large gatherings are allowed, in compliance with Scottsdale's vacation rental ordinances (maximum 8 people on the property at a time).

Please crate your pets when you're not home and ensure they stay off furniture and beds. A pet fee of $55 applies for up to two pets. Your understanding helps keep our home pet-friendly for all guests.

No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest
