Convenient to all that Fayette County has to offer, including Round Top, the Painted Churches of Texas, Fayette Wine Trail, and more.
-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

-- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $28 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

- Please remember that La Grange has a working train that runs through the heart of town. The whistle blows several times during the day and night. Many guests find it charming, however, earplugs are provided for sensitive sleepers.

- If you are staying with us for Antique Week and are gathering a large haul, please contact us about covered/fenced trailer parking in the back.

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

Free parking is on the street in front of the house. Enter through the front door with keypad code. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and fenced yard.
The Water Street Bungalow has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, WIFI, TV, and central HVAC. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has two twins. Pillow top mattresses and quality bedding ensure a comfortable night's sleep. All rooms have ceiling fans and window shades. Access to the bathroom is through the bedrooms.

The living room has a couch that converts into a full-size bed. The vintage dine-in kitchen is fully stocked and has a gas range, coffee maker, tea kettle, and basic spices. Water Street Bungalow is perfect for a family, couple, or girls' getaway.

The backyard is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and grilling steaks.
