The large& spacious cottage sits on 100 ft of sandy bchfrnt& offers incredible views of the turquoise waters of Lake Huron. There is a fun kids room & private suites w/large beds so the adults can relax. A large living room is the centerpiece of the cottage that leads out to a deck that will set the backdrop of many great memories. This property has AC, WiFi &50 in TV

You will need a car to explore downtown Lexington and Port Sanilac!
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 5 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
