Our extra-large 1,150 sq ft 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with 2 sets of sliding glass doors to the balcony is perfect for families. We are steps away from the beach, and there is a seasonal oceanfront pool. Assigned parking spaces for 2 cars makes the parking easy whenever you decide to venture off.

Our condo has been fully renovated! It has a spacious, open layout, perfect for socializing. There is a large open living room and dining area with two sets of sliding glass doors that lead to the oversized ocean view balcony.
Located in midtown OCMD, with low-rise neighboring properties, the beach is less crowded. No problem finding a spot on the sand here!

The space
Easy access to the beach down one flight of stairs or use the elevator located right outside the condo door. We have an electronic lock, so you won't need to worry about keys. We will provide linens (sheets and bath towels) for anyone renting 7 nights or more.

Our open kitchen with countertop seating for 4 makes cooking, dining in, and hanging out with family or friends a breeze.

There's lots to do near 80th street. Saltwater 75 and Ropewalk, with their bayfront tropical vibe, outdoor sandy beaches, beautiful sunsets, and kids' areas for the little ones, are both within walking distance. There's fine dining at Hooked and The Hobbit, right across the street.
