Great for work or play. easy access onto IH 10 for commute or a 15 minutes walk to downtown Boerne. The home is in a quiet well established older community. Full access to front and back yard. Perfect for a 30 day or more stay.

I stayed at Nancy's house for one month. The host is very nice and responsive when you need to get ahold of her.
The house is on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. This is a lot of nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance.
The house is a two bedroom one bathroom setup. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The living room is large with a TV in it. The kitchen is fully functional. I cooked the majority of my meals for the month. The oven and stove top both work well. There are some appliances such as a dishwasher, crockpot, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker.
The laundry room is located in a separate room at the end of the driveway next to the side entrance to the house. Washing machine and dryer both work well. There is plenty of room in the laundry room to store bicycles if you bring them. Bonus is a one car carport to keep you dry getting in and out of the car.

This was, in all honesty, one of the best AirBNB experiences my family has ever experienced. We stayed for 30 days with our two small children as we transitioned into our new home in the area. Truly, this place was exactly what we needed when we needed it. It was fully furnished since everything we had was in storage. Nancy is a wonderful host and very communicative. The very few texts I sent her, she answered within minutes. I recommend her 10/10 over and over again. Huge fenced backyard if you have little ones to let them run their energy out safely. Open kitchen with even a little office area where we could work. The living room is a good size too with a big TV to occupy the kiddos. It was just so very comfortable and felt like home while we were there. The bedrooms are big too with lots of closet space and dresser space. And the kitchen has a ton of storage space, as well. Full laundry room with washer and dryer, with little ones, we have to wash constantly. LOVED IT!!
