Located in a gated community on a private 1.5-acre lot with both lake and wooded views, the main living and dining area boast sliding glass walls that open an expansive deck and covered porch.

The kitchen is complete with a 48" gas range, double wall oven, two dishwashers, and a 60 inch built in column refrigerator and freezer. The butler’s pantry includes a second commercial glass-front refrigerator, coffee bar, bar sink with filtered drinking water, and comes stocked with every cooking convenience imaginable.

Just off the kitchen through the quaint Dutch door is a massive covered porch with two dining tables that seat up to twelve, an extra-large outdoor section with built in heaters for chilly evenings, and a kitchen pass-through with four bar stools. There is even an outdoor TV for game day. The patio off the covered porch has a Weber gas grill and a 36" Blackstone griddle.

The sleeping arrangements are perfect for a crowd and insanely comfortable, accommodating up to 19 guests. Three well-appointed master suites, each with ensuite bathrooms, offer views of the lake and surrounding forest. The downstairs master features an additional built-in day bed and trundle.

Rounding out the three master suites are two bunk rooms. The upstairs master has an ensuite bathroom with access from both the bedroom and the hallway. It features two kings and four twin loft beds as well as hang out area with a TV equipped with wall mounted media plugs for the gaming enthusiasts. The downstairs media room/ bunk room has a large lounging sofa with a 75 in TV perfect for movie nights and a triple built in bunk bed.

A gentle path leads you by a large lakeside fire pit on the way to the dock. The secluded cove with a depth of 10-12 feet from the back of the dock is perfect for jumping, floating, fishing, playing and more. The dock includes a covered slip (reserved for the owners) and can accommodate up to two boats. Just outside the cove, you will find Keowee’s big water with expansive mountain views and perfect for all your favorite water sports. A short 3-minute cruise puts you at Sunset Marina offering a convenient lake store, a new fueling dock, boat rentals, and boat launch.
