The suite has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a private entrance, keyless entry, fully fitted kitchen, clean and modern bathroom, comfortable queen bed, smart TV, hi-speed WIFI, modern fixtures, and plenty of room.

This Cozy new basement suite is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Rosewood., Saskatoon. It boasts great serenity, and play parks, and is close to grocery stores, Dollar Tree, and other amenities (Costco, McDonald's, Marshalls) open to the public.

The space is convenient for both business and pleasure and we ensure that your stay is comfortable.

The unit is spacious with enough room to move around. Once you are in, it doesn't feel like a basement suite.

It boasts of a one-bedroom with a queen bed, pillows, freshly cleaned duvet, sheets, and towels. A workstation to cater for remote work.

A cozy living room with a standard couch, 55" TV, and high-speed WiFi.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with basic things you would need, a large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher.

In the washroom, we ensure basic amenities and a hair dryer.

PARKING
Free street parking is available for your use in front of the house and on the street.

There is a charging port for your car during the winter season.

ENTRANCE:
To the right side of the house is a paved walkway leading to the private entrance. You will receive a unique door code which will work for the duration of your stay. Guests are required to lock the door after entering and departing the property.
