1.Security – we have New York City Police Department precinct 110 just a few blocks away. We have CCTV cameras system around the building. We have intercom doorbell. Each apartment has its own locked door.
2. Food – you can find all kind of food. Not only food but price. Very reasonable price. Not only one shop place, many competitive shopping stores to bargain. Not overstock food but all fresh, delicious and tasty food.
3. Convenience – buses, subways and highways, you name it. Post Office, library, 4.5 stars rated School, hospitals, banks, 24/7 stores, 24/7 restaurants, 99 cent stores, the two famous big New York malls, Parks, zoo, Queens science center, a 95-acres fresh meadow lake and much more.
4. Qualities – based on neighborhood scout report: in my area, 67 statistics, 0 crime, 0 alarm. 36% the working population is employed in executive, management, and professional occupations.
5. Rental Real estate – the average rental price in my area up up every year.
