Our property features a 680 sqft. charming 2-bedroom guest house two miles away from Kaiser Permanente (KP) Hospital, the home of the first KPH in the nation. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, comfortable memory foam beds and modern amenities. The bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, featuring a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2 persons. Step outside to our inviting mini outdoor space where you could relax and barbecue with your group. From the street is a nice mountain view in the neighborhood. This guesthouse is newly constructed 680sq ft. Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) connected to the main house but with complete privacy with separate side entrance. This property has a fully electric appliances that provides a better quality of life because no gas emission created by the property and to promote self sustainability by having a 14kW Tesla Solar Power and two Tesla Powerwalls with a total of 27kW Battery Storage. The guesthouse is equipped with one Tesla 220volt charger and another level two charger for other brands of Electric Vehicle. If your EV car is not Tesla, please bring your own charger and plug adapter that will fit the 200volt NEMA 14-50 outlet.

We also have a separate main house listing adjacent to the guest house that can accommodate up to 11 guests. It’s perfect for bride or groom wedding preparations, extended family, or groups who want to stay close while enjoying separate accommodations.

Both the main house and guest house can be rented separately and both offer their own private spaces, privacy and entrance, making it ideal for larger groups who want flexibility—or for smaller groups who prefer a standalone rental while still being nearby.
