Other Things to Note:
WHost provide essential personal care and cooking products to ensure a comfortable start to your stay. Please note that bath towels are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own for added convenience.

For the safety of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief screening process before check-in. This must be completed prior to arrival. If the screening is not approved or if you choose not to proceed, we will regrettably have to cancel your reservation.

The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM and offers the perfect spot to relax and unwind!

⚠️ Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a 100USD replacement fee. So keep them safe and have fun into your vacation fun!

The HVAC system is centrally controlled according to municipal and environmental regulations, with heating fully operational from October 15 – May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 – October 1.

For parking, one designated spot is available per reservation for an additional fee. Please ensure your parking permit is displayed on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Unauthorized vehicles or those parked in restricted spaces may be towed at the owner’s expense. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, or towing.
