This turn of the century modernized studio apartment has a riverfront location in downtown Hot Springs with on street parking.

In the room is a Private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Main room has a setting bar with two bar stool for work and eating. There is a sink and counter for prepping food in the room. Theirs is also and a small refrigerator with freezer. The couch is a futon bed for watching TV and sleeping on. We provide pillows and bedding.

Suite base price is for 2 guest, extra guest or pets $15 per night per guest or per pet, if you click the pet fee button and it doesn't add up to the cost of $15 per night per pet we will send you a request for the balance.
