Studio Cottage @ Botanica

Set high on a ridge between Cane Garden Bay and Brewer's Bay, Botanica is a garden oasis spanning over an acre, with four standalone houses. Ideally located, Botanica is a five-minute drive to both, Cane Garden Bay and Brewer's Bay; we are also a 12-minute drive into town.

Cane Garden is the most popular beach on the island, with calm water that allows for water activities most days. It also has a strip of bars and restaurants that are open in the day but come alive at night, especially Paradise club.

On the property by day, you will be amazed by the views of the hills, the bay and neighbouring islands. Sit on your deck with a coffee and look out to sea, soak in the sun, read a book.
At night, you will be lulled to sleep by the sounds of nature - crickets, frogs and the whispering of the coconut fronds.

This is a cosy studio cottage and can accommodate two adults.
It comes with air-conditioning and very fast broadband wi-fi. Automatic generator (we get power cuts in the BVI during hurricane season) powers the property when the regular electricity fails.
Enjoy your own outdoor deck - overlooking the garden, the sea and view of Jost Van Dyke island, - a great spot for unwinding and catching the Caribbean sun, while lying on deck chairs.

In this cottage, you will find:

Queen-sized bed & 4 queen-sized pillows, a closet for clothes with hangers and a space to stow smaller luggage, a tall lamp and and a full-length mirror;

Two armchairs and a coffee table;

A breakfast bar that with counter-top space, and two swivel stools;

Smart TV with Netflix/ various apps capability on a swivel stand, that allows you to watch TV in bed or while relaxing in the armchairs;

Small kitchenette holding mini-sized fridge (no freezer section) , electrical stove with two hobs, microwave, toaster, drip-coffee maker, pots and pans, dinnerware, water glasses, wine glasses and mugs. Bathroom with hot/cold shower, hair dryer;

Outdoor deck with space for two to lie down and unwind, whilst looking out onto the garden and towards Jost Van Dyke island;

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available for free use (shared with other rental cottage);

Automatic backup generator.

Accessibility: accessible only by stairs, no wheelchair access.

Laundry room access: Washer and dryer sit under the other cottage above, and so the laundry is a shared space.

Another short-term rental cottage sits further up the flight of stairs and therefore there might be times when you might encounter other guests on the stairs or in the driveway. The studio is overlooked by the other cottage. Curtains provide full privacy indoors.
