INSIDE THE HOME:
This is a three-story home (two levels plus basement) on a large ravine lot. Main level features hardwood floors, dining room, new large kitchen with breakfast bar, new half bath, and three season room with views of the large backyard.

Upper level has all 3 bedrooms and new full bath.

In the basement, enjoy a nice large game room complete with ping pong, foosball table, darts, and full washer and dryer for laundry.

Beach wagon, beach chairs, and kid's toys are available to borrow in the garage.

OUTSIDE THE HOME:
Have I mentioned the location yet? Very large private lot with the perfect views of a large ravine. Enjoy sitting by the firepit making smores, or enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub. ** hot tub open May 1- Sept 30**
