Spacious 1 bedroom condo that sleeps 6 people with a king size bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the hallway and a fold out couch in the living room.

The living room, dining area and kitchen are laid out in a great open floor plan. The living room has a sofa and arm chair, the dining table seats 4 and the kitchen is full equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit which is very convenient for washing bathing suits and beach towels. Linens are provided for beds and towels are provided for the bathroom. Cable and wifi are provided. There are TVs in the living room and the bedroom.

Two reserved parking spaces are conveniently located right in front of the unit which makes loading and unloading your car a breeze. There are 2 pools on the property, 1 large pool and a smaller pool with a playground next to it. The beach is very close. You can either walk (which might be difficult if you have small children or are taking a lot of items with you to the beach) or take a very short drive to the beach. Driving is allowed on Whitecap Beach, with a beach parking permit which can be purchased at any convenience store on the island.

Numerous restaurants and a grocery store are very close to the condo.
