The Space:
Villa 6 of the Las Luces Village is a 3 bedroom escape from the world. Experience a well-equipped space, featuring a roomy kitchen and dining area with a gas burning fireplace, microwave/convection oven, full refrigerator, stove top, and dishwasher. Ideal for cooking and hosting dinners while enjoying the valley view. The three bedrooms all with offer ultimate privacy with ensuite bathrooms. For added comfort and sleeping flexibility, we provide a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with all the necessary sleeping amenities. On the 2rd floor, a seamless transition awaits with indoor and outdoor seating areas, complemented by stunning valley views.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to their entire villa, the shared firepit, shared pool, and shared grill area.

Other Things to Note:
Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and EV charger. Units 6 & 7 each have 1 covered parking spot. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. A period of quiet hours is enforced and spans from 10 pm to 7 am. The hot tub, pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use during the listed quiet hours. Swimming is at your own risk, as no lifeguard is on duty. No glass is allowed at the pool. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Fireworks are not allowed. Ensure you bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the wood pellet grill. Please maintain cleanliness and and demonstrate courtesy towards other facility users.
The hot tub will take about an hour to heat up. Once started, it will run for three hours and then turn off automatically for 15 minutes for safety purposes. Please ensure to allow at least 15 minutes between the auto-shutoff and turning it back on. This will ensure the heater has enough time to rest and continue working for all guests.
