Gehen Sie zwei Minuten durch tropische Gärten zum schönsten Strand von Kaanapali mit fantastischem Schnorcheln direkt vor dem Grundstück.

Das berühmte Cast Away Restaurant am Strand serviert Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen am Meer und ist nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt.

2 Pools und Whirlpools zur Auswahl, einer befindet sich direkt neben der Wohnung, der andere 2 Minuten zu Fuß durch die Gärten.

Gratis-Trolley zur anderen Seite des Black Rock zum berühmten Whalers Village, wo Sie mehr Restaurants, Kunstgalerien, Geschäfte und viele Wassersportarten zur Auswahl finden.
In der Nähe von Lahaina Towne finden Sie weitere Restaurants, Kunstgalerien, Geschäfte und weitere Aktivitäten.

Unsere kleine Grashütte ist im Stil des alten Hawaii mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten eingerichtet. Wunderschöner handgekratzter Bambusboden sorgt für ein wunderbares Gefühl unter den sonnengeküssten nackten Füßen. Genießen Sie unsere voll ausgestattete Küche, ein sehr komfortables Kingsize-Bett mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche und vielen Kissen sowie einen Flachbildfernseher. v. mit Netflix oder einem DVD-Player mit Filmen zusammen mit CDs mit verschiedener Musik. Wir stellen Ihnen auch viele zusätzliche Handtücher, Strandtücher, Boogie-Boards, Masken, Schnorchel, Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen Grillplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft sowie einen Waschsalon.

Beim Check-in wird eine zusätzliche Check-in-Gebühr in Höhe von 12 USD direkt an die Maui Kaanapali Villas gezahlt. Außerdem fällt eine zusätzliche Gebühr in Höhe von 18 USD pro Tag an. All was wonderful, lovely welcome basket, clean, bright, and tropically decorated with a lovely view from the lanai. Coffee in the hotel lobby and two pools available. The Beach Walk either direction was enjoyed daily.

We loved our stay in The Little Grass Shack. The cleanliness, decor, , welcome basket, and communications with Jeanne were perfect. So many little details that were unexpected and made our stay feel special. The kichen is well equiped to be able to dine-iin, if you choose.The property is walkable to the beach as well as many restuarants and shopping.

Great place, 10 out of 10, would highly recommend. The owner was responsive and great to work with. Fully stocked, basic spices in the cabinets, basic supplies like ziplock bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. A knife block with actual good knives. Easy walk to the beach and main pool, with the small pool only steps away. Will most likely look at staying again in 2028.

Our stay at Jeanne's little grass shack was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The condo is even more gorgeous in person. We loved using the private lanai for our coffee in the mornings. The beach chairs and toys were much appreciated. We will be back!

Wonderfully appointed villa with everything we needed for our stay, including a wonderful Welcome basket stocked with local goodies. This is a wonderful studio room. The owner seemed to have thought of everything we might need during our stay including beach chairs, umbrella, etc., including a welcome basket. It is located next to an adult only pool and spa. Parking is great and the room could not have been cleaner. Highly recommend this Little Grass Shack at Kaanapali Villas.

Outstanding unit, even better owner!We have been visiting Maui Kaanapali Villas yearly for 18 years, many years visiting twice. This is the best appointed unit we have rented. This condo is head and shoulders above any other unit we have rented. Everything has been well thought through, from extra soap, paper products, everything we wanted in the kitchen and there was a nice selection of condiments and spices available (I get frustrated paying Maui prices for a bunch of little things like mustard, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and other little cooking ingredients). The television gets about 150 channels or more, the kitchen has a coffee maker and coffee grinder (along with a day or two of coffee beans from the owner. Wonderful King size bed, shower/tub, great knife set (Yes, the knives were sharp), and a wonderful welcome basket with chocolates, cookies, wine, macadamia nuts and Maui Potato chips! There plenty of extra bathroom towels, hair dryer, just everything we needed. Also included was a wagon full of beach equipment including boogie board, beach mats, foam noodles for the pools.This unit is by far the best stocked unit we have rented. I can’t recommend this unit highly enough.

Wonderful Vacation Condo!

What a beautiful condo! We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo is equipped with every amenity you can think of, and the welcome basket from Jeanne was a lovely touch. Can't beat the location, Kaanapali Beach is walking distance. We can't wait to come visit again.

I just loved loved loved my stay here more than I can say! This condo is beautiful, clean, gracious, well located and quiet. Aloha, I’m Jeanne, and I have the joy of caring for our family’s villas at Maui Kaanapali Villas. I first moved to Lahaina in 1974, and since 1980 I’ve lived upcountry on the beautiful slopes of Makawao and Haʻikū. All of my children were born and raised here, enjoying the simple joys of growing up on Maui.

My oldest son traded his surfboard for a snowboard when he left for college, but my two younger boys still live on island and love spending time at our villa. My brothers and their families are based in California and visit as often as they can. In fact, during the 1980s, our entire family—parents, kids, and spouses—all lived together here at the Villas, filling the space with laughter and memories.

Now, it’s a joy to share this special place with guests like you. We take pride in treating our condos with love and care, and we’re sure you’ll feel the difference. We hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do—and perhaps we’ll have the chance to meet you soon.

When I first moved to Maui, my friends and I would park our Prindle Cat sailboats right on the beach in front of Maui Kaanapali Villas. It was our hangout spot—we’d spend hours sailing, relaxing on the sand, and ending our days at the Castaway Café bar. When my family came to visit, it quickly became our gathering place too.

In 1977, when my dad visited for the first time, he fell in love with the property so much that he purchased our first villa. A few years later, he purchased another, and ever since our family has been enjoying, remodeling, renting, and returning to this special place. Now some of my children are older than I was when I first arrived on Maui, and yet the magic of MKV hasn’t changed—it’s still our favorite place to spend time together.

Everyone in our family loves coming back to the villas, and just as my mom and dad passed them on to us, we know one day we’ll pass them on to our kids. Maui Kaanapali Villas remains one of the only places on Kaanapali Beach that has held onto that same warm, welcoming feeling it had decades ago. We hope you’ll find as much joy here as we have over the years.

Our condos at Maui Kaanapali Villas are truly one-of-a-kind because they’ve been family-owned, cared for, and loved for nearly 50 years. My dad first purchased here in 1977 after falling in love with the property, and since then three generations of our family have grown up sailing, swimming, and spending time at MKV. We personally live on island, so each condo is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully cared for—not managed by a distant company.

Unlike the busier parts of Kaanapali Beach, our location north of Black Rock offers a calm, serene stretch of sand that feels private, while still giving you all the conveniences of a resort: pools, hot tubs, beach chairs, beachfront dining, and easy access to Whalers Village and Lahaina. Families especially appreciate our bathtub for sandy kids, pull-out sofa, gated pool just steps away, and a full kitchen with a real fridge and freezer—details that make vacation simple.

It’s that mix of authentic Old Hawaii charm, modern comfort, and our family’s legacy of aloha that makes staying here feel so special. When you book with us, you’re not just renting a condo—you’re being welcomed into our family’s piece of Maui.
