Family Lakefront Retreat with dock, kayaks and SUP

Heron’s Haven offers 3 bedrooms/2 baths right on the near constant level of Lake LBJ. Nestled in a cove, you will have access to a public boat ramp down the street and be able to tie your boat right to our private dock. Included in the rental is access to the 2 youth kayaks, stand-up paddleboard and Lily Pad that lays right off the dock in a perfect swimming area.
At night, sit on the porch or the dock chairs and enjoy watching the birds fly by or unwind by the fire pit while tasting your new favorite bottle of wine from one of the nearby wineries. We have a small wine fridge as well as an outdoor ice machine to keep your beverages chilled to perfection!
Wake up refreshed after sleeping in one of our luxurious king beds while the kids experience the magic of sleeping in their own bunk room.
Don’t have a boat but still want to experience the lake life? We are happy to provide suggestions for nearby boat rentals and other water activities as well as many fantastic restaurants in nearby Marble Falls.

Please note: All guests will fill out a renter's agreement and a security deposit will be held until the stay is complete.
Guests will have access to the entire house and private dock which includes direct lake access. There are 2 youth kayaks and a paddleboard as well as the Lily Pad available for use. Take advantage of the gas grill, outdoor ice machine, propane fire pit and swing!

Heron's Haven is located on a quiet, dead end street surround by peaceful water. You are sure to see some deer and ducks roaming around! Checkout the nearby Kingsland Massage Garage and The Legends Golf Course if you are looking for more activities. Lake Travis and the Longhorn Cavern State Park are close by if you prefer to explore the natural beauty around.

In an effort to maintain a secure premise, Heron's Haven is equipped with security cameras. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

The indoor fireplace is not working- please do not try to use it- Instead, take advantage of the outdoor firepit.

The jet ski and boat are not included in the rental.

The BBQ smoker is not included in the rental- please do not tamper with it.

1. Absolutely no pets allowed. If we see or find evidence of a pet at the property after your departure, a minimum $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged to your stay. This rule will be strictly enforced.
2. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping in the house.
3. Excessive noise outside is prohibited.
4. No parties or events without permission. Additional fee will apply.
5. No indoor fires
6. No tampering with outdoor security cameras- a $500 fee will be charged for evidence of tampering.
7. Must be 25 or older to book this property.
8. If guest amount exceed number given on booking information, you may be charged an extra fee or asked to leave the property.
9. Limited propane provided.
10. If something broke or there was known damage to the unit during the time of your stay please report it to host.
