Guests must follow all condominium house rules. Any violations by guests or their invitees are the guest`s responsibility.

Not a Hotel – This is a privately owned condo, not a full-service hotel.
No Pets Allowed

Do not purchase on-demand or streaming programs on the TV. Extra charges will apply.

Trash & Smoking
Do not leave trash in the hallway. Violations will result in fines from the building.
No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit, on the lanai, and on the property. A $250 fine per violation per person applies

Keep noise levels low as this is a residential community.

Late check-out requires approval and may incur additional fees.
