The Master bedroom suite offers a touch of elegance with a king-sized bed an a brand new comfy mattress. The Master bathroom has his & her sinks, a separate toilet/shower area, plus a HUGE walk-in closet. The guest room has a brand new queen size bed with a brand new mattress.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts all new appliances & provides all the conveniences of home with everything you need for the perfect culinary endeavor. The dining room is only steps away, with seating for six, and sets the stage for enjoyable meals & gatherings. The living room is tastefully adorned, with all new decor, including 2 new couches and featuring a HUGE flat screen TV/Free WIFI and tons of channels for your viewing enjoyment!

Outside, a side patio beckons with seating for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail, providing a perfect spot to soak in the sun. It's a short golf cart ride to multiple recreation centers that provide tons of things to do, including Golf courses/pitch & putt. As well as a short ride to the "Sawgrass Market" with live entertainment every night, restaurants, an indoor market w/fresh produce, gourmet items, pizzeria, bakery and more... This meticulously maintained home has a perfect blend of style and functionality for a truly delightful living experience.

Immaculate rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the villa. My only complaint is the bed. It was WAY too soft. We didn't sleep very well on it. I think the egg crate was over kill! Also, it would have been nice to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Villages 2024

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great exoerience. Rental property was brand new. The property was too far from everything to make use of golf cart. So we drove everywhere. Stayed only a week so could not make a tee time ahead of our arrival. Recreation center was busy during rainy weekend. Opened up once weather conditions improved. You have to have a resident ID to sign up to use anything. If you stayed a month, then one can make plans ahead to schedule tee times on executive courses and other recreation facilities. Infrastructure up north were complete with restaurants and shopping areas. We were as far south as you can go and infrastructure was not plentiful for recreation centers and golfing. I would stay in northern area if renting again. I would also stay more than a week. Golfing out of Villages was cheaper than playing one of villages' courses with plenty of tee times. Not sure condition of those courses as we did not play them. My wife and I paid 174 to 198 to play two 18 hole courses. Could have played off villages for a lot less. Executive courses are great deal even though we couldn't get a time.
