Have fun with the whole family at this stylish condo. At Beach Haven, you can enjoy the community pool or soak up the sun on the beach. This condo also offers a private deck with beautiful ocean views where you may get lucky and spot dolphins in the distance. Find the relaxation and serenity you are looking for in this immaculately maintained complex complete with outdoor shower and private beach access! Conveniently located central to Surf City, offering abundant restaurants and shops. Our gated community offers a tranquil setting for the perfect beach getaway!

- Second-floor unit with no elevator access.
- Private oceanfront balcony off the living room.
- Towels and linens are included in the cleaning fee.
- Suitable for smaller groups of travelers, couples, and small families.
- Fully stocked kitchen provides all appliances needed to cook meals.
- Guests should plan to bring their personal toiletries.
- Guests staying longer should plan on purchasing additional consumables to include toilet paper and paper towels.
- Guests should plan to purchase their own groceries.

Booking includes full access to the entire unit, to include the storage closet. Surf amenities consist of community laundromat, fitness center, grilling patio, beach access, and pool. The community pool is open April - September 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.

- Pets: No pets or other animals of any kind are allowed for guests. Please be respectful of the residents in our community who are allowed to have pets and they are required to be registered with the HOA.
- Parking: Two vehicle parking passes will be provided for guests. A fee of $50 will be charged for any parking passes not left in the unit upon check-out.
- We provide enough paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap to get you started. Depending on individual consumption needs, guests will likely need to bring or purchase additional supplies.
- Linens: A full set of linens and comforter/ quilt are provided for each bed. One set of bath towels per guest per stay are also provided.

Recommendations for a smooth stay:
- Publix and Walmart Neighborhood Market are conveniently located just off the island for all your grocery needs.
- The Surf City IGA is a little over a mile away for quick stop grocery items.

Beach condo

This condo complex is great. We have stayed in several units here I know, when you think of Topsail, you think of a house on the beach where the next group is hundreds of feet away and it almost feels like your own private beach. This is not that, but it’s still great. The beach can get crowded in front of the complex, but mornings are still quiet. The pool is large and an awesome break from the waves on a rough day, especially for kids. The communal laundry room is immaculately clean and pleasant. The onsite condo staff is amazingly friendly. The only downside is that they don’t let you play on the grassy areas. It would be perfect for soccer, football or baseball, of course. Oh well. This particular unit has been renovated recently and was nice to stay in . It is not stocked with any of the basics, however, so plan to bring everything from home: soap, spices, paper towels, coffee… everything. Linens were included in our rate. I don’t usually watch tv on vacation so this isn’t something I pay attention to, but there was a game we wanted to watch and I realized the tv is quite small. We found communication with the host to be timely but awkward/defensive/aggressive. Note that you will receive a one-time code to enter the apartment at check-in but you’ll have to use the physical key every time after that. It can make logistics challenging depending on who else you’re vacationing with. Overall it was nice and it’s a great option for a quick beach getaway.
