Old-New Apartment in Central Kaunas

Welcome to our Old-New apartment in the heart of Kaunas, which is an ideal location for resting and working. The place has been recently renovated and is fully-equipped with all amenities needed for a comfortable shorter or longer stay.

Old-New is a story of the interior design that bridges old with new and creates a connection between these two worlds. Design inspiration came from the interwar period when Kaunas was a temporary capital of Lithuania.

Apartment interior design was tailored for our guests comfort and satisfaction. It is a contemporary apartment with modern kitchen, shower and floor heating. Spacious kitchen area is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. Dining area can be easily transformed into a work space and used as a home office. To relax after an intense day there is an exceptionally comfortable sofa in front of the TV with Netflix. Bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and walk-in closet.

The shades of green in the apartment reflect the green spaces of Kaunas visible through the windows: Žaliakalnis (Green Hill), Laisves aleja (Prospect of freedom), Kaunas Musical theatre and its gardens. The design was inspired by the unique modern architecture of Kaunas. Interior details such as the 20th century design icons PH4 lamps or Cukermaniene arm-chair were carefully selected to fit this character. We hope you will enjoy the spirit of this apartment while glazing at the amazing sunsets that can be seen through the window in the evening.

If you need to travel further, there are several alternatives:

- Public transport includes trolleybussses and busses. Information on schedules can be found on Trafi app, which can be downloaded in Apple Store or in Google Play. The nearest bus stops are available in Kęstutis st. if you are going towards the old town, or in Donelaitis st. if you are going towards the train station.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building.
