This beautiful beach house is large and can accommodate up to 11 guests! We are just 300 steps from the ocean & The King & Prince Resort.
This large beach house is close to everything fun! It also includes a private rooftop patio, on-site parking, and a fenced-in yard with putting holes! You can park here and never have to leave!
You will enter the home on the lowest level which features a private King bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is also a secondary living room on this level.
The second level of the home features an open concept living room and kitchen. There is an outdoor porch off of the living room and a half bathroom on this level.
*In the kitchen you will find a Keurig and Drip Coffee pot.
The third level features two private bedrooms: a queen and a king room. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
The fourth level is an open concept loft with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a full size mattress on the lower bunk, and a twin size mattress on the upper bunk. There is a half bathroom on this level as well a large rooftop patio with plenty of seating!
Every bathroom should have a blow dryer.
We have a small putting green in the backyard - the perfect spot for kids to play mini golf, or for pros to practice their putting!
There is a BBQ grill provided - it is charcoal.
You will be walking distance to Crab Trap, Crab Daddy's, new Barrier Island Brewery, and only 1 mile from The Village and Pier!
Neptune Fun Zone Park is less than a 5 minute drive away -They offer a walk-in, multi-purpose pool, children's waterpark area, miniature golf course, and a new playground area as well as a bath house and concession stand.
The parking can accommodate up to 2 large vehicles or 3 small ones. You will be able to park on the property.
