• To comply with building management regulations, please provide a copy of ALL GUEST IDs for the guest authorization form.

2. Parking Information (First come, first served basis):
• Fame Mall main entrance and back (Mayflower Street, in front of SaveMore). Rates:

* Php 30 (First 2 hours)
* Php 300 (12 hours)
* Php 30 (Succeeding rate per hour)
* Php 40 (Motorcycle -- First 12 hours)

• Greenfield District, across the street at the corner of Mayflower and United Street. Rates:

* Php 50 (First 3 hours)
* Php 500 (Additional fee if you enter before 12:00 am and exit after 10:00 am the next day.)
* Php 20 (Succeeding rate per hour)
* Php 40 (Motorcycle -- First 12 hours)

3. Swimming Pool Usage (6:00 am to 10:00 pm):
• Fees per guest:
* Php 150 on regular days/weekends.
* Php 300 on Holidays.
* Closed every Monday for maintenance.
• For authorized guests only.
• Max of 2 guests allowed per unit per day.
• Please wear appropriate swimming attire.
• Please let us know in advance if you plan to swim, so that we can purchase the pool coupon ahead of time.

Other things to note
Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in from 3:00 pm onwards.
- Check-out strictly at 12:00 noon.
- A fee of Php 250 per hour will be charged for checkouts past 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Safety and Security:
- No illegal drugs or smoking/vaping indoors.
- No physical fighting.
- First aid kit: Top left shelf in the dining area.
- Fire exits at the end of the hallway.
- Violations may result in fines ranging from Php 1,000 to Php 10,000 as per security ticket.

Unit Care and Policies:
- Maintain unit's condition upon check-in. You break/take it, you bought it.
- Stained sheets/towels may incur a fee, depending on the damage/fabric.
- Locked cabinets are for linens and cleaning materials; please do not open.
- No rearranging furniture, intercom, internet router or adjusting TV position.
- Properly shut down PS4™; handle game discs carefully.
- Place your shoes or outdoor slippers in the shoe rack.
- Noise curfew: 11:00PM to 6:00AM; loud noises may incur a penalty.
- Only registered guests are permitted; no unauthorized visitors or last-minute guest changes/additions allowed.

Cooking Guidelines:
- Minor cooking allowed. (e.g., fried or boiled eggs, hotdogs, instant noodles or pasta, etc.)
- Avoid strong-smelling food; Php 1,000 fine for deep cleaning. (use of strong-smelling ingredients like garlic, onions, curry powder, and spices, fish, seafood, fish sauce, soy sauce, vinegar.)
- Use range hood to prevent smoke detector activation.
- Keep in mind, we allow only minor cooking, so there are limited cooking essentials available.

Cleanliness and Housekeeping:
- Avoid dumping food in the sink or toilet bowl.
- Dispose of trash in provided bins in toilet, bedroom, and lower-left kitchen cabinet.
- Cleaning fee (upon request): Php 300 (additional Php 200 for towel and bed sheet change).

Laundry:
- Washer with spin dryer available; no detergent provided.
- Washer can be used as laundry basket.
- Few hangers available; no hanging on balcony (penalty Php 5,000 - Php 10,000).
- Laundromat available on the 2nd Floor.

Departure Guidelines:
- Turn off AC and lights.
- Close the door; beeping indicates it's not fully closed.
- Please do not take the indoor slippers/towels home.
- Kindly wash used dishes and utensils.
