All of New Braunfels is at your fingertips when you escape to this bright, beautiful condo, a contemporary retreat in the heart of historic Texas Hill Country. Beer enthusiast, history buff, golfer, or music lover, this is your perfect home base.

This condo enjoys a great location for exploring New Braunfels, a city known and loved for its German heritage, beer gardens, and Wurstfest each November. You'll be close to both downtown (four miles) and the Gruene Historic District (three miles), with a wide array of restaurants, shops, and live music venues to explore. Also within a short drive are the Schlitterbahn Waterpark (five miles), Natural Bridge Caverns (20 miles), Canyon Lake (24 miles), and the Hill Country Craft Beer Trail. Back at home on the grounds of the complex, enjoy access to a swimming pool and grilling area.

Begin each morning with coffee on your balcony and breakfast prepared in the sleek kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Sit down to eat at the table, spread out a local newspaper, and use the complimentary WiFi to make plans for the day ahead.

Upon your return, you can unwind in central air conditioning, kick back on the sofa, and watch your favorite movies on cable and streaming services. After an evening out on the town, refresh your clothes in the washer/dryer overnight and retire to the serene bedroom with a TV of its own.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
