Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie im Morgengrauen aufstehen, um die Schönheit der Berge im Morgenlicht einzufangen. Sie werden die Geräumigkeit jedes Zimmers in diesem wunderschön eingerichteten Chalet zu schätzen wissen. Dieses Haus wurde 2019 erbaut und bietet einen Panoramablick auf den Berg LeConte. Die Hauptebene verfügt über 1 Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und 43 "TV und 1 Queensize-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und 40" TV. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Wohnbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit einem 60-Zoll-TV und einem Holzkamin. Die große überdachte Terrasse bietet einen weiteren Essbereich und einen Gasgrill. Zusätzliche Schlafzimmer sind im Erdgeschoss mit 1 Kingsize-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit 43 "TV und 1 Queen-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und 40" TV. Der große Spielbereich erstreckt sich über zwei Räume mit Billardtisch und einem 55-Zoll-Fernseher und einem kleinen Kühlschrank sowie einen weiteren kleinen Sitzbereich mit einem 55-Zoll-Fernseher und einem Kartentisch zum Zusammenstellen von Rätseln oder Spielen von Brettspielen, die der Eigentümer in einem nahe gelegenen Schrank verstaut hat. Das Chalet hat auch einen großen Whirlpool auf dem Deck für Ihren Genuss. Es gibt auch 2 zusätzliche WCs im Haus.

Hundreds travel these roads every day and they are serviced by city and county regularly. We recommend people drive slowly (and the curves require that) and we usually find there to be no problem. Pam was great to speak with and very clear in instructions when getting keys/key code for the cabin. The Canin in a large size with a great view and it was super clean! The kitchen table was perfect for our large group of 8 and the rooms sleep like clouds! Each couple loved the stay, the hospitality of the Rental office, and the Cabin was amazing. We Will Return 100%!! The pool table was perfect and the room sizes are all large. The top king roomwith the opening to the deck is gorgeous. It’s a must do!

Hot tub was the cleanest we've ever seen in a rental! Office staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated their advice of locking car doors, as we saw 9 bears and a young bobcat in a 4 day period. We requested a full propane tank for the grill and the speedy maintenance dept had it replaced within 20 minutes. Can't say enough positive things about Mtn. Laurel Chalets! The only thing we would change about our cabin is to add a swing or two on the decks, but what a gorgeous view! Thank you MLC for making our vacation so enjoyable!!

Wonderful View of the Mountains

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was everything we had hoped it would be. Beautiful home, well kept, scenic view. There were a couple of minor things that need to be addressed: There was no cutting board in the kitchen, sounds minor but you need to protect your countertops; also, there needs to be detailed instructions for operating the television system. Luckily, we had someone with us who figured it out --- but there are no instructions pertaining to the television setup anywhere in the condo; need grab bars in all tub areas --- could become a liability issue. These are all minor and not intended to diminish the condo. As I said earlier, it met all our expectations.

Thanks for the review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay at Shelet De Dawn. We got into the chalet to check out your issues and found two glass cutting boards on either side of the island range. We thought maybe you mistook them for decorations, we we left a large, plastic, more traditional, cutting board in the kitchen cabinet. The television instructions are also being typed out to be sent to the chalet. The new smart TV technology takes some getting used to, but we will get there eventually. Until then, if you ever need help, our maintenance team stands ready to assist you. We hope to see you in the mountains again soon.

Great cabin and fabulous view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time here very much. The cabin is great on amenities. We used the jacuzzi, and game room several time. TV's in every room was a great touch. Everything worked well and was new. The furniture and beds were comfortable except for the pillows -flat and hard.The drive was relatively flat and had plenty of space for my big SUV. We had bear visitors on Sunday so don't leave your car unlocked. She opened my door, but thankfully did no damage. We had a great time watching her and the cubs from the window.My only complaint would be the kitchen. It is under stocked with cooking items. No wine glasses, I hate drinking wine from a mug or short glass. No large skillet or pots. We had nothing to fry a big batch of bacon or eggs in and only a medium sized sauce pot to boil pasta. Also no large mixing bowls. Plastic would have been fine, but I needed something for the salad and to mix brownies in.Overall, I would definitely recommend Shelet De Dawn. It is 15 minutes down the mountain to downtown Gatlinburg and the same to Pigeon Forge. It easily sleeps 8+. It is new, nicely decorated, has a decent driveway, and I cant say enough about the view.

Amazing views!

The view was amazing! The house was plenty large enough with a bathroom in each bedroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and the basement was great for games. All the rooms were clean; house could use a dusting but it didn’t effect our stay. Overall we were so happy with our stay. The road to the Chelet is a bit scary at first but after a couple times, you get used to the steep edges and narrow road. It was all part of the experience!

An overall great chalet. In fact this is the best chalet we've stayed at in all our year's coming to Gatlinburg.

Yes Andy! Shelet De Dawn 2 is the perfect location for a larger family or group vacation! We love the porch in the back that offers outdoor dining, so during the warmer months you can have dinner over the amazing view. Cheryl usually helps us and we hate that she is retiring but wish her nothing but the best. Always very professional and helpful. Chalets are always very clean.

Wonderful Cabin

This house is so clean. Love the decorations. Very quiet and homey feeling. Pool table and gaming table was a hit with kids. Hot tub was perfect and you can look at the town and stars at night. Beautiful views. Very easy check in and out process. Definitely recommend this property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My grown kids said this was the best cabin we ever rented. The view was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room and we loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. We liked having the pool table, hot tub and Frogger game table. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positive experience, clean, and great views. Family friendly, even with little babies. Spent a lot of time on the deck. We love to cook, but the knifes were very dull. It made difficult to prepare meals. The game machine was a huge hit! The motion sensor in the bedroom is very bright when it is dark. Caused our babies to wake up in the middle of the night. Had to cover it.

Our family mountain getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third fall that we have rented Shelet de Dawn 2. The chalet is a perfect fit for our family of six. Everyone has their own bath, all rooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped, decking on two levels is spacious and affords great mountain views, lower level is great gathering space with pool table, TV, and video game table. The chalet is always spotless.
