NEUBAU !!! GEÖFFNET 2019. Sie fühlen sich wie im Himmel von dieser spektakulären Villa sind. Günstig zwischen Gatlinburg und Pigeon Forge, nur wenige Minuten vom Nationalpark Eingang und Wanderwegen oder den Spaß und die Aktivitäten der Innenstadt von Gatlinburg und Dollywood entfernt. Die geräumigen Zimmer bieten Ihnen die Bewegungsfreiheit, um sich auszubreiten, aber immer noch unter einem Dach zu sein. Große Gemeinschaftsräume laden zum Entspannen ein und besuchen Sie mit Ihren Freunden und Familie oder aufstehen einen Wettbewerbs Runde Billard im Spielzimmer. Durch die Offenheit zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer können die Köche Gespräche im Wohnbereich führen oder das Sportereignis des Tages auf dem großen Smart-TV mitfiebern. Great cabin

The cabin was great but there was a lot of construction in the area and one cabin being built right next door. The couple of days we didn’t hike or go into town, we found it difficult to enjoy the deck and the peacefulness of the mountains.

The location is perfect for trips out to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or the Smoky Mountains, but it is also convenient to a swimming pool location on the mountains. Only downside would be the main bedroom can hear everything in the living room and kitchen, so that room is not very private. The location is just perfect, no traffic and easy access to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg.

Mountain Laurel chalets, excellent as usual

It makes such a difference who your rental company is and we always use Mountain Laurel chalets through VRBO when in Gatlinburg. The first night our top floor AC was totally broken-- they had a repairman out by 10 am who fixed it. Our ice maker was broken and unrepairable-- so they delivered a bag of ice to us every morning. You have to assume things will go wrong; the difference is how great the customer service is to remedy matters. This company gets an A. And they were super helpful and communicative for all the months leading up to our rental dates. The house itself was perfect and beautiful.

Wonderful experience

The entire house was well laid out and a blast to hang out inside and outside. The only hiccup is if you do not carpool or have more than 3-4 vehicles, be advised parking at this specific location can get to be a tight squeeze. Other than the parking, it was awesome!

Great Family Reunion at Gatelinburg

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in excellent shape and we found it to be better than it portrayed on the web site. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were excellent. Private baths for each room were perfect. House has water heaters and heat/air units for each floor. The decks and view were excellent. We spent lots of family time on them. Service from the manager easily met all requirements. We enjoyed hiking, trail riding and several activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. This was one of the top rental units that we have experienced over many units and many years. Enjoyed the black bears, including cubs, that wandered safely around the home. Saw 14 uniquely different bears from the house, and then saw some more than once.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is perfect. Only problem was roaches. We arrived on Thursday and that night we started seeing roaches in the kitchen area. More on Friday night. Stopped by the office and they said they would spray on Saturday. Saturday more roaches. Upon checking out talked with the person in charge of reservations. She was not helpful at all. She told me that was to be expected. Really? Who wants to stay in a cabin that roaches are invited. After speaking with her, we will not stay at one of these cabins again. I do not do roaches.

Family Vacation Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation to the Smoky Mountains and stay in the High Five chalet was very nice. Our trip had to be modified and our entire originally planned group was unable to go on the trip due to a death in the family. Because of that less than half of our group was able to go and the rest of us returned home a day earlier than originally planned.The chalet was nice and new though with great amenities. It was comfortable and cozy and convenient to the area. It was certainly tucked up on a little mountain area with some winding roads but overall not too bad considering the mountain terrain. The commons area were not too big so it was certainly made for just the 10 people that would fit in the bedrooms.The only negative for the chalet was that the floors did not appear to be well cleaned for our stay and a few used wash clothes had been left.I would still recommend this property and renting through Mountain Laurel.

Ron, Thank you for your comments. Our homes are all situated for 2 people per bedroom so please know that we do not stack our homes beyond that capacity. It helps protect wear and tear and allow for a comfortable guest experience. I am sorry to hear that the floors were not as clean as you expected and that the cleaners left behind some wash cloths. We will look into that immediately and remind our cleaners to take all linens and cleaning towels with them. With the larger homes, this is an oversite which is understandable but one we will address none the less. The new floors are remarkable as well as the whole home so we will be sure to address these concerns moving forward. We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We also extend our sadness to you in the untimely death that prevented your whole group from enjoying your time in Gatlinburg.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed with Mountain Laurel Chalets for the last 22 years. This trip we decided to take some extended family with us. This home was absolutely perfect for that! The parking is flat and nice for older visitors and those that may have some hard time with inclines. There is a bedroom suite on the main level, which also was great for our older visitors with some issues with steps. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms on the lower level were ideal for privacy for everyone. The kitchen was large and stocked full of cookware, storage containers, etc. The decks were great and held stunning views. There is construction going on nearby, but that is pretty much everywhere on the mountain at this point. It was not very disrupting, but we are fairly early risers. This cabin was a great choice for our party of 7, and would accommodate up to 10 comfortably. We would definitely recommend this to others!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description and photos were spot on. Our group consisted of 8 adults, but we chose this house even though there was 1 extra bedroom because price, home layout, view, amenities, location are all key elements that I demand when choosing a rental. Nothing in the kitchen was lacking for us to prepare our breakfast and dinner feasts; something we really look forward to. After our day long riding excursions (bikers), it was great to unwind on the decks, play games on the huge kitchen table, or play pool. No complaints about the showers and the beds were magnificent. Since our stay was early August, it wasn't unusual to incur insect bites on the deck, so we'll just bring bug spray next time. Our guys expectations of the pool table weren't quite met, but they are serious players. Regardless of that, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. Many fabulous memories were created on this trip that will never be forgotten. No need to call the office for assistance of any kind. I definitely recommend this house.

Thanks for the wonderful review. We love High 5 too, especially the huge covered porches. Bug spray is always a good idea if you want to sit outside as the mountains are full of "no see ums" that will chew you up! The Casper mattresses are very popular with our guests and worth every penny. We hope you will remember us the next time you ride into town!

High Five is the perfect place for a larger vacation group! With five bedrooms it can accommodate for big families, or just a group of friends. We love the outdoor dining feature so that guests can enjoy a beautiful view over dinner in the warmer months. Family Gathering

This was perfect for our family gathering. We had family from Michigan, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida all meet up here with ages from 3 to 76. The house had plenty of room. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Thank you !!

High Five is one of the best chalets we have ever stayed in, and we have been renting from Mountain Laurel for almost 30 years. Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. I can't say enough good things about Mountain Laurel. The only downside to this chalet is that it is a bit tricky getting to it, but once there it is awesome.
