Eines der ersten Häuser auf Skiberg hat dieses Chalet umgestaltet große Gruppen zu handhaben. Die Lage ist nahe der Innenstadt, und doch hoch genug, um eine atemberaubende Bergdraufsicht bieten. Schlafen die ganze Nacht auf Luxus König und die Königin Serta Presidential Matratzen hinzugefügt Oktober 2016. Sie lieben die authentische Hartholzverkleidung, die viele Innenwände und die langen Flur und Steinplatten Terrasse für Abend Sterne gucken ziert. Wohnfläche auf einer Ebene - ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern oder Menschen, die mit Treppen Schwierigkeiten haben. Wenn Sie in den Sommermonaten in der Trillium Lodge oder einem unserer Häuser übernachten, erhalten Sie einen Pass, an dem Sie 2 Pools am Berghang genießen können.

Dieses geräumige Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer (3 Kings, 3 Queens - ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Queensize-Betten), 5 Bäder (3 Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad), ein Spielzimmer mit einem Billardtisch, einen Küchen- / Essbereich und einen separaten Wohnbereich mit Holzkamin , große steinerne Terrasse. Leveled house stay.

The place is great…. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! Every room gets their own bathroom! And the whole house is in one level. Only steps are to the game room and the hot tub. Awesome view!! The visiting bears are a nice added touch.

Great stay

Nice vacation property. The hottub needs serviced as it varied in temperature. The landscaping around the house could be neater. At least two bears came to visit, maybe more!

Great place to stay

The Trillium place was great. We stayed for 5 nights. Each family has their own bedroom and their own bathroom….WHICH is great! AND all on one level. Our teenage boys enjoyed staying in the end room together with their own bathroom and they enjoyed playing in the game room. Several of us enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Planning on returning to this place next year because there is soo much to do and trails to still hike!

Amazing View!

Our Friends all had an amazing time in Gaitlinberg, but some of our best times were at the house! The gathering space and porch had the best view of the fall leaf colors. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom!

Great Stay

Only issues is the house could use a deep cleaning. Especially in the high places like the fans in the great room. (Nothing major) also the great room gets warmer during the day. All them windows of course it would. The views that's all I have to say. AMAZING!!!! Will stay here again

Celebrating Great Great Grandma’s 100th birthday

Five generations came together to celebrate Great Great Grandma’s 100th birthday! Trillium lodge was wonderful to accommodate all of us and give us each our separate spaces. Mountain Laurel Lodge had a birthday cake and card waiting for us when we arrived. We even got to see the bears twice a day!! Wonderful memories were made.

Family Getaway in the Smoky Mountains

Reviewer Comments: This ranch style lodge was perfect for us with 3 generations staying. 3 stairs to rec room with a door that closed to keep little ones off stairs. The place could use some maintenance. The pool table should be replaced along with 2 of 4 cue sticks. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders! We had difficulty with cooling...it was freezing in back bedrooms and sweltering in family room and kitchen. We suggested the fireplace wasn’t closed when we left and hopefully that takes care of issue. The view was absolutely amazing! We visited Ober Gatlinburg and enjoyed it. The 3 pools were very nice. The stairs going down out back need to be cleared for access. We would have enjoyed venturing out on the property, but not accessible. The hot tob was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything you need. The towel exchange and ability to get additional soaps and garbage bags was a nice feature. The beds were super comfy. The furniture in family room needs to be updated, but it was comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the Smokey Mountains, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge very much. The scenery was spectacular and the views from the lodge patio were excellent. There were numerous activities for the entire family, but the mountain trails in Smokey Mountain National Park were the best. However, the Trillium Lodge is in need of a full updating. The kitchen was outdated, the great room was extremely warm (not enough vents in our view), and the carpet is reaching its time to be replaced by hard flooring. We had a great time and certainly plan to love back to the area in the future.

Trillium Lodge

Excellent property for a group with someone less mobile given the single level floor plan. Layout with bedrooms at one end and living room at the other was ideal for people on different schedules. View from living room and terrace was beautiful. Min Laurel was great about giving us a choice of alternate houses initially due to last minute emergency maintenance work at Trillium, then letting us move over the next day.

Spring vacation family trip

The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time in the game room and the hot tub! We do wish we could have used the fireplace through March as in the past as we definitely had some chilly weather.

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time playing pool, getting in the hot tub, enjoying the wonder view of the mountains from the living room window. Plenty of room to spread out with the four couples that were up for the weekend. On the interior, some signs of normal wear and tear could be seen, but nothing some paint and TLC can't fix. Beds were perfect and the kitchen well stocked (one of two coffee makers did not work, but everything else was fine). Only one issue - the firewood that we bought was likely still part of a tree last week - grass could not be greener. However, Mtn Laurel gave us some replacement packs of wood that were better. Great weekend.

Great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay in a great location. A short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It is tucked away from other houses, and the view is amazing. The house is very spacious, and the kitchen came stocked with everything we needed to cook with. We even had a bear on the patio! It would be great for a large family. The only complaint I have is it was a little dusty. We were sneezing a lot because there was a lot of dust on surfaces throughout the home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at the office was very friendly and hospitable. The View was fantastic and as advertised we saw Bears very close to the rental. There was some damage to some screens and woodwork, front bedroom windows had foil in them. Overall the rental was fairly clean especially as they were able to get us checked in early. We wish there was recycling. My bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped with just about everything necessary plenty of pots pans casserole dishes Etc. Wish the hot tub had an awning due to a rainy week.
