As part of our commitment to safety and transparency, we kindly request that:
1) Guests provide a verification ID and sign our agreement upon booking Casa Sofia.

2) Primary guest must agree with Casa Sofia's maximum capacity of 10 people. Exceeding this limit will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

3) Reservations at Casa Sofia must be booked directly by the guest staying; bookings made for third parties are not allowed.

4) Casa Sofia is in a residential area and we respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9:30PM and 8:30AM. We appreciate your understanding.
