-My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is still possible but fast replies are not guaranteed. Maybe I am sleeping after midnight. -If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient solution arranged for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests.
-I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive.
-Although the apartment has excellent soundproofing, there may be some sounds of the city and construction as the apartment is located in the downtown city center. If there is expected construction noise, I always adjust my prices to reflect the same (so you might grab a great discount in these cases).
-The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property in very rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of civic inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always notify guests in advance to the best of my abilities.
If the reservation is cancelled and qualifies for a refund according to the cancellation policy, a 3.5% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. First of all, I know you will enjoy your stay! Most guests are wonderful, and these guidelines simply help keep the apartment and community safe and comfortable for everyone. 🔇 Respect the Space & Neighbors This is a residential building. Service animals are welcome—please inform me in advance if there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) must be declared to the host ahead of booking (appropriate documentation required for ESA). 🌙 Check-in & Late Night Arrivals Check-in and check-out times are listed on the listing page For same-day bookings, access instructions may take up to 1 hour to generate after your reservation is confirmed. In Montreal, always double check the parking signs. 🐕🦺Special Note on Service Animals Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. In line with Airbnb Policy and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.

Fantastic location, walkable to everything in the Plateau. Prompt communication. Don't plan on using the Wifi though.

I am very disappointed to be writing this review. The owner was very kind, but overall not receptive to the major issue we had. Three friends and I, all aged 18, were locked out of the apartment for an entire night. We had this apartment booked for two nights, and at 2 in the morning our first night, we arrived to the apartment only to find the key pad was dead and was not working. We then spent the next 9 hours in a car, as thankfully my father was in the city at the same time. I have no idea what we would have done if he wasn’t. It was incredibly dangerous, and even though we missed an entire night at the booking, we were barely offered a refund. I am disappointed, as the location was beautiful, but my friends and I were put in serious danger. Even after we were finally able to reach the owner at 8:00 am, we could not enter the apartment until 11:30 am. After we contacted VRBO, the owner claimed there was nothing wrong with the keypad at any time. I am disappointed and do not want this to happen to anyone else, especially not young women.
