Each bedroom has its own private on suite bath and there's an additional half bath off the living room. Our reverse living setup has bedrooms on the first 2 floors with the living room and kitchen on the top floor.

All TVs are Smart TV’s with multiple streaming apps that you may log into. There is also high speed broadband WIFI throughout the house.

All 3 bedrooms have luxury amenities including a comfortable mattress with Brooklinen sheets and towels.

- Bedroom 1 is on the first floor with a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, and an office nook with a desk for remote work.
- Bedroom 2 is on the second floor with a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, large walk in closet, and a large private balcony overlooking the ocean & beach.
- Bedroom 3 is also on the 2nd floor with a bunk bed. There is a full size bed on the bottom, twin up top and pull out trundle. This room also has its own en suite bathroom.

Our fireplace in the living room is decorative only.

4 Adult beach passes provided along 6 beach chairs and body boards. There are also 2 adult bikes and 2 children bikes in the garage for your use.
