Guest Verification & Check‑In



To ensure community safety, all guests must complete a secure identity verification process through a private third-party platform, EnsoConnect before check‑in:

1. Provide name and contact info

2. Upload verified ID (government issued + selfie).

3. Sign the rental agreement.

4. Agree to a $2,500 refundable security deposit hold.



Your Digital Boarding Pass link will then be automatically sent to you via email right after booking, 30 days before your arrival, and the night before check-in.



Once verification is completed, it will include: neighborhood info, Wi‑Fi, property details, check-in instructions, entry code, a welcome guide, and can request early check-in and late check-out.



Your check-in instructions and check-in code will automatically be available on your digital boarding pass page at 4 PM on your check-in day unless early check-in has been pre-approved.

House Rules for Our Anaheim Monthly Rental



General Conduct

• Please treat the home with the same respect you would your own.

• Let us know right away if something needs attention so we can fix it quickly.

• No illegal or disruptive activity of any kind.



Smoking & Substances

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Outdoor smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

• Absolutely no recreational drug use.



Occupancy & Visitors

• Suitable for up to 6 overnight tenants.

• Up to 4 daytime visitors are allowed at one time (please notify us for approval).

• Overnight stays longer than 14 nights in 6 months require approval and must be added to the lease.

• Unauthorized long‑term guests are not allowed.



Quiet Enjoyment

• Please help us keep the neighborhood peaceful.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• No parties, large gatherings, or events are allowed.



Parking & Street Sweeping

• Tenants may park in the two‑car garage, driveway (fits 2 cars), or available street spaces.

• If parking on the street, please note Anaheim’s street sweeping schedule:

- Wednesdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon. Vehicles must be moved to avoid a city ticket.

• RVs, trailers, or boats must be pre‑approved.



Trash & Recycling

• Trash day is Monday mornings (shifted to Tuesday following holidays).

• Please sort waste into the provided bins:

- Black – regular trash

- Blue – recycling

- Green – organics (food scraps & yard waste)



Cleanliness & Damage

• Help us keep the home comfortable and clean.

• Any excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges (minimum $1,000).

• A $2,500 refundable security deposit hold is required (will be returned to you provided no damage is found).



Security Measures

• For safety, exterior cameras are installed at the front porch, garage, and back porch (no interior cameras).

• A Minut system monitors noise and occupancy to prevent parties.
