Relaxing, private, welcoming getaway

This house was perfect for our first vacation with our first baby grandchild and her parents. The pool is just big enough to swim small laps and the nearly deserted beach a five-minute walk away. Loved the open outdoor shower "cabin" which made it possible not only to rinse off the sand and salt from the beach but also the chlorine from the pool and put on dry things without going into the house. Especially evenings we lived in the outdoor sitting area and dining table under an overhang with a fan and even brought the Pack N Play they provided out there for the baby. Also nice to be able to walk to Salon del Mar and Citron Bistro, one of our favorite places to eat outdoors in Vero. Look forward to returning when our grandchild is big enough to enjoy the abundant pool toys and bikes.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The home was incredibly clean and welcoming, stocked with everything we needed for a fun filled family vacation! The location gave us perfect access to the beautiful beach and we were minutes from downtown where we were able to enjoy our favorite restaurants! Amanda was a fabulous host! This home is amazing! Everything was very organized and clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. It is a “bring your clothes, food, and personal items” kind of house. Most everything we needed for our stay was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The house is a very short walk from the beach. We were provided bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, and most items needed for a fun day at the beach or Sebastian Inlet. Sebastian Inlet is a short drive away. The home is close to area shopping. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future!!!

5 Stars – Perfect Beach Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was a definite highlight — perfect for lounging during the day or enjoying a swim after the beach. Speaking of the beach, the location couldn't have been better — just a short walk away, which made it so convenient to go back and forth with ease. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The home was beautiful, clean, so thoughtfully stocked and in a very peaceful area of town. I could have spent every moment of vacay at the house, but my teens wanted to go on adventures. It was a bit of a drive to some “tourist-y” activities, but if you re goal is to relax, this home is perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Beachcomber Bungalow. The property was very clean and had plenty of great amenities. We all enjoyed the pool and the bikes. It was a very short walk down a quiet street to the beach, which was beautiful and private. We enjoyed collecting seashells and swimming at the beach. The best was going on late night searches for sea turtles, and we found plenty. Amanda left redlights for us to use that do not interrupt the turtles, which we really appreciated. Overall, the house, property, and location were all excellent.

All The Things

Since we were traveling with kids this time, we wanted to be close to the beach. That way we never had to choose between the beach and the pool, we had both. Beautiful, quiet street with direct access to the beach (which basically felt private) at the end of the street. We walked or rode bikes down every day. This house was fully stocked with everything we needed (plenty of beach towels, everything you would need for the beach, bikes, FULLY stocked kitchen, box fans in a couple of the bedrooms, etc.). This house definitely has had every important detail thought of. Amanda was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We are already planning our next trip back to this house. It truly felt like a home, and we enjoyed every minute!!

True Rest and Relaxation

Beachcomber Bungalow exceeds any and all expectations of a home away from home. Every little detail has been so thoroughly thought out it makes it a true vacation . Traveling with small children can pose many challenges but this house provides all the needed amenities and then some ! You will never be bored , being just steps away from the beach, along with many shops, restaurants and more. The host is quick to respond to any needs or concerns and goes above and beyond to make your stay absolutely perfect!!

Wonderful home in perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely house. A peaceful road, so close to the beach that we could hear the waves from the front porch! Super comfortable beds, couch so comfortable we were looking for the label so we could buy one at home! Nicely decorated, beautifully clean and very well equipped with lots of little extra touches. We enjoyed the bikes for cycling in to town. Also enjoyed the nearby restaurant - Citron - a 5 minute stroll away. All together excellent - we would not hesitate to rent again.

Amazing home! We had a great week! Walks to see the sunrise on the beach every morning, family meals made easy with the fully stocked kitchen. Pool time with the kids on the beautiful patio. This home is the by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. We can’t wait to come back!

Oct. 5-12,2024 Anniversary Trip

I cannot say enough good things about Beachcomber Bungalow. If you are looking for a great home close to the beach and area activities this is the place for you. Property was very clean, spacious, warm and welcoming. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and entire home was well stocked. The garage has everything you could possibly need to enjoy a day at the beach, take a bike ride or go kayaking. The outside patio and pool area, including the hot tub was great. The neighborhood is beautiful and we met several of the locals and enjoyed conversations. Loved the proximity to the beach. Our beach trip was quite eventful. It rained the entire trip but we still enjoyed the home and amenities. Hurricane Milton hit the area on Thursday morning however, in front of Hurricane Milton was a tornado outbreak and several tornadoes hit the area. Amanda was great! Prior to hurricane Milton hitting she sent extra flashlights in case power was lost. She checked in on us after the tornado outbreak to make sure we were ok as well as after Milton pushed through. Communication before our trip and during our stay was great. She is a great hostess. Amanda thank you for everything and sharing your beautiful home. We hope to return in the future to enjoy more of the area since we were limited due to weather. Despite the crazy weather we had a fabulous time.

Family get away

The house and location of the house were wonderful. Close to the beach and close to town where the guarded beaches and shopping are located. House was well-maintained and well stocked. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Pool and hot tub were in great shape. Pictures online were very accurate.

This bungalow is just far enough away to be a perfect beach escape. I also LOVE the beach here for more of a locals experience. The floor plan is perfect for cooking and enjoying the pool view. Beachcomber Bungalow Home #3833706 is north A1A just south 10 minutes from the Disney Beach Resort. This home is within a very short walking distance to the beach/ocean and a boutique shopping center with an awesome restaurant called Citron Bistro serving breakfast, lunch & dinners, plus take out.

Good place to stay to get involved in the yoga community and create a yoga retreat
