Solar-powered Villa, Secure Gated Community, Starlink Wifi

Coastal Paradise at Marina Villas is a meticulously designed home offering a high-end experience, thoughtfully adorned with quality coastal/tropical-inspired decor for the ideal Caribbean experience. Short four minute walk to the community pool and private beach. Depending on traffic, we are about 90 minutes from the major airports and 15 minutes to downtown Ocho Rios and surrounding attractions. The villa is in a secure, gated community within Drax Hall Estates in the beautiful resort community of St Ann.

**All utilities in our community have been restored, and our villa remained fully operational throughout the storm thanks  to solar power and Starlink Data Lite Internet, which kept electricity, WiFi and TV streaming services fully stable.   While the western part of Jamaica saw the heaviest impact, St. Ann and Ocho Rios were largely spared.  As noted in our listing, the beach was already under repair and some additional sections have experienced further erosion.
