Asbury Park has an abundance of unique shops and eateries and the hub of Cookman Avenue is a 6 minute walk from your stay. The Asbury Park boardwalk and beach is a 7 minute walk. A dog friendly town with a big music and arts scene. The Stone Pony venue can be seen from our balconies so you may get lucky enough to catch an outdoor concert!

Ocean Grove is a historical and quaint Victorian seaside town with quirky shopping nestled amongst the rows of dolls house style buildings and on the Main Street. Ocean Grove beach is a 3 minute walk. This is a dry town with BYOB restaurants or take the short walk over the bridge to Asbury Park to mix it up.

This new property is located directly behind our sister home, Eton Lakeview. Eton Seaview has ocean and lake views, is just three minutes walk from the beach and six minutes walk from all the action of Cookman Ave in Asbury Park.

A modern and luxurious, brand new, six bedroom, four bathroom home perfect for a getaway with your family and/or friends. A unique feel of a boutique hotel, yet with all the comfort and space of a large family home. Check out our reviews for more details.

All 6 bedrooms have luxury amenities including Nectar mattresses with Brooklinen sheets and towels.

BEDROOM 1 is on the first floor off the main living area with a queen bed.
BEDROOM 2 is on the second floor with a queen bed, private en suite bathroom, closet / office space with a desk for remote work, and a large private balcony overlooking the ocean.
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 are also on the 2nd floor and connected by a jack and jill bathroom. One bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and twin up top. The other room has two twins.
BEDROOMS 5 & 6 are on opposite sides of the third floor with vaulted ceilings. One has two twin beds while the other a queen bed with another private balcony.

Separating the bedrooms on the third floor is also a small hangout area.

Our property is located directly between Asbury Park and Ocean Grove along Seaview Ave in Ocean Grove. It is easily accessible by both train and car.

Most homes in Ocean Grove including ours do not have dedicated parking on site, however there is free street parking and we provide a small buggy to help carry belongings back and forth to your vehicle.

Most times of year you can easily find parking directly in front of our property along Seaview Ave. The northern end of town near the Great Auditorium fills up quickly so if you are having trouble finding a parking spot, try the west and south side of town. Ocean Grove is only a square mile in size, making it very bike and walking friendly!

Asbury Park offers metered on street parking and 4 pay-to-park lots. The best location in Asbury Park is the lot directly in front of the Asbury Park Casino. To walk to and from this lot, you can go around the lake by the boardwalk or use the first bridge making it a breeze.

If traveling by train we are a quick 0.6 mile walk from NJ Transit's Asbury Park train station.

Our home is the large 3 story grey house with a ETON sign hanging above the ground floor porch along Seaview Ave between Beach and Central Aves. There is a vacant grass lot directly to left of us. From either town please follow the dotted pathway to the star as outlined in our "How To Find Us" photos.
