About this space
Located in the south end of delightful West Seattle, this cozy space is full of artful touches. Queen bed, 3/4 bathroom, lovely kitchen with oven/stove, microwave, mini-fridge. Parking space off-alley for mid-size & smaller cars. You'll have some outdoor space all to yourself on the deck.
Walk to coffee, sandwich shops, stunning parks, the library and more. We're on the bus line!

* 5 mins to Fauntleroy Ferry
* 20 mins to Downtown
* 20 mins to SeaTac Airport
The space
Great home base for exploring Seattle and beyond. Cozy, comfy, a little arty, a little romantic. Great for working on a project or reconnecting. This is in a residential neighborhood, and it's mostly quiet, except for neighborhood sounds, like birds, neighborhood dogs, etc.
Guest access
There's easy self check-in with a key pad, and the cottage & attached deck are all yours!
Enter from the alley through the back gate. Just a short walk through and walk the pavers to Chicken Coop. to yourselves. We share the gate and walkway through the yard.
Please note that the shared deck and backyard are pretty active spaces, especially with good weather. We hang out laundry, wash down bikes, garden etc., but we'll respect your privacy and quiet time as much as we can!
Your parking space is parallel to the alley behind the red shed. There are metal guides to mark the space. Get up as close to those as possible, and you won't have to do a lot of back & forths to get out. NOTE: this space will not work for extra large vehicles. However, there is free & ample street parking.
Other things to note
Our dog Nemo would love to interact with you! He'll likely bark and run toward you, craving some attention and all the pets you have to give.
However, if canines aren't your thing, it's no problem at all to keep the dog door closed. Just let us know.
Please note, this unit is not suitable for families, especially babies or small children. It's best for single adults and couples.
