Nach den Bestimmungen von City of South Lake Tahoe dürfen nicht mehr als drei Autos (in der Einfahrt) auf diesem Grundstück geparkt sein. jederzeit ruhiges, respektvolles Benehmen und kein Lärm nach 22 Uhr. Die Belegung ist auf 6 Personen für Gruppen nur für Erwachsene oder 8 Erwachsene plus bis zu 4 Kinder in Familiengruppen begrenzt. Keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen erlaubt.

Genießen Sie das offene Layout und das gemütliche Versteck im Erdgeschoss oder die beiden großen Decks mit Blick auf einen Bach.

Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem Ausgangspunkt für Ihren perfekten Tahoe-Urlaub sind, sollten viele Dinge zum Standard gehören. Wunderschönes, sauberes Dekor und Möbel, eine Küche, in der man wunderbar kochen und sich versammeln kann, ein Whirlpool, ein Grill, Internetzugang und Home-Entertainment-Optionen. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine große offene Küche und ein Wohnbereich. Schöner Schieferboden, eine voll ausgestattete Gourmetküche und HDTV über dem Gaskamin. Schicken Sie die Kinder mit der Playstation 3, dem Kickertisch oder dem Spielbereich nach unten auf den großen Flachbildschirm. Kochen Sie Ihr Abendessen auf dem Grill oder genießen Sie den Whirlpool von den Decks mit Blick auf den Bach und die Bäume.

Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Ein Meister mit einem Kingsize-Bett, Roku-TV und eigenem Bad und zwei Zimmern mit Doppelbetten, hat man einen Schieberegler zum Achterdeck. Die Treppe hinunter ist viel Platz, darunter ein viertes Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett. Es gibt auch zwei Doppel-Futon-Sofas. Alle Ihre Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden

Kochen ist hier ein Traum. Die Küche verfügt über Erlenschränke und Betonplatten. Es gibt brandneue Kühlgeräte mit Geschirrspüler und Umluft / Mikrowelle. Wir haben alles beigelegt, was Sie brauchen, um einen Sturm zu backen oder zu kochen. Es gibt ein Waffeleisen und einen Mixer für köstliche Leckereien. Wenn Sie lieber draußen kochen möchten, haben wir einen großen Erdgasgrill direkt vor der Tür.

Entspannen ist einfach mit einem gemütlichen Kamin und einer Spiel- und Leseecke. Der Tischfußball macht großen Spaß. Wir sind für Unterhaltung mit 3 HDTVs, Roku-Streaming und Spielen und Highspeed-WLAN im ganzen Haus verkabelt.

Im Freien haben wir einen großen Whirlpool auf dem Achterdeck. Die Gründe sind landschaftlich gestaltet und führen zu einem kleinen Bach. Es gibt eine Schaukel, einen Boccia-Platz und einen Leiterball, um die Kinder zu unterhalten, ohne den Komfort von zu Hause zu verlassen.

Die Lage ist der Schlüssel und dies ist eine gute. Zentral in der Stadt sind Sie nah an alles. Himmlische 10min; Sierra at Tahoe 20min; Kirkwood 35 Minuten; Casinos 10 Minuten; Strände 5min; Einkaufen 5min; Golf 10min. Dies ist eine ruhige, flache Wohngegend, so dass der Zugang einfach ist und die Nächte ruhig sind. Das Haus liegt in einem sonnigen Waldgebiet und Bach. Nehmen Sie alles von den zwei großen Decks auf.

Great location BUT terrible condition of rental

Location is awesome - close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely yard. However, the condition of the house, specifically from a cleanliness standpoint, was absolutely ridiculous! We can take "worn" conditions as sometimes happens with rentals BUT dirty sheets (hair everywhere and smelled sweaty) and duvet cover (dry food smears on top...salsa???) that had to be washed before we could use them...not acceptable. Both shower curtains were moldy and smelled so bad. The carpet was really very dirty and especially in the master bedroom.It looked like cups (many) of coffee had been spilled on the carpet and not cleaned up. We had to make a trip back out to purchase cleaning supplies (zero cleaning supplies were available in the house) and air fresheners. The list is very long and I won't go on as the owner indicated they are being shut down due to VRBO restrictions in Tahoe. I am guessing his attitude is to let things go...but still charge FULL price. Bottom line, I went up with my family to attend a party in the area and spent the first 2 hours of my "vacation" cleaning and feeling very uncomfortable for 2 days in this place due to the grossness. We've done a lot of VRBO's and have never had this happen.

A very unfortunate family experience!

I would like to start stating that the house was clean and ready for tenants. However, it was a shame we were only there for about 30 minutes. During the booking process I entered that there would be 8-10 adults and 5 children plus 1 toddler. The rental called for a maximum of 12 people. We had 8 adults, 5 kids and plus one toddler. I had contacted the owner through the VRBO private message system and have home the head count and told him there would be a mother and a baby as well. He said “if it was up to me, it would be fine but no more than what I had because city ordinance would not allow him to have that.” So, I took it as an ok since it was strictly family and it was our Easter vacation after all our family has been through Covid. As we were unloading my family automatically got an unwelcome and uncomfortable feeling with the neighbors. The surrounding neighbors starting coming out of their houses and inspecting our unloading process. We felt as if everyone was watching us and being judged. We all went into the house and started settling in for our Easter dinner preparation in the kitchen. About 30 minutes upon our arrival I received a phone call from the owner stating to confirm my head count which I told him we were over 1 adult and the baby. He said he had watched us through the camera and we couldn’t stay because we had gone over. We believe a neighbor must have called because there are signs ALL OVER the house warning tenants about the neighbors to the left and to keep noise levels down. I proceeded to tell him if we could PLEASE finish out the day and finish eating dinner and he didn’t care. I repeated that it was only a baby and the mom and he said “ I don’t care if it was a newborn, they have to leave”. I also stated that we had traveled 4 hours and there was no way we could find a rental for the night. He disregarded our circumstances and said we had 30 minutes to leave if not he would kick us ALL out. We packed our things back up and decided we had to go back home. We were put and an awful family situation. I sent him a message telling him if we could at least be refunded for the 2 days we were not going to be there. He stated “ if I could re-rent the property he would gladly give us a full refund”. I went into the VRBO website and he never made the effort to put the property back available to rent. I believe we deserved at least a refund on the 2 days we were unable to use there services!

Disappointing

So I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I need to be honest about this place. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with and if we could rate him separate from the rental, I would. When we arrived, the place was in good order as far as being neat, but I cannot say clean. The carpets are stained, the chairs in the living room are actually filthy and stained and partially broken. We put one of the extra bath towels over the top of the worst one so we could sit in it. There is actually quite a list of things that we made and gave to the owner upon our departure. We didn't contact him while we were there because we didn't want someone in our space during the short time we were there. The pictures make the place look wonderful, and the yard was great for our grandkids. But the hot tub was bad, we got in it twice, but the 2nd time we turned on the jets and all sorts of things, including hair, came floating to the surface. It was pretty gross. I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. Having said all this, the owner was apologetic and explained that he knew the carpets and furniture were stained, but that as of the end of this year, vacation rentals will not be allowed in the area anymore, and he didn't want to replace the items that needed to be replaced. I can understand that, but then the price should reflect the actual condition of the place. When looking at this rental, our family read a lot of the reviews, and since there were so many 5 star reviews, expected that the place would be as the pictures portrayed. In reality, it was like keeping this place presentable was an afterthought. I wish the vacation rental owners good luck with their lawsuit against the closure of this type of rentals, but it's no excuse for a dirty home with broken furniture and kitchen items. In fact, if you look at the picture of the stove in the kitchen, there is actually a hole in the face panel. It looks like just a reflection on the plastic, but it's actually a hole and it's peeled outward, and what is underneath is partially exposed. It appears that it's been that way for a good long while. So, to sum this up, no, I would not stay here again and no I would not recommend it. Very nice owner, just a bad rental.

Great for Families

We brought our children and their children up for a week and had a great time. The yard was perfect for the kids, ages 2 and 4, and they loved the swing set. The kitchen was also great to cook in and sit around and enjoy time with the family. Duggan was very responsive when we called him for a couple minor issues.

Perfect spot!

Absolutely wonderful location. It’s fun, private, and close to everything. The host is incredible... he even brought us a bag of ice when I couldn’t get the ice machine to work. Oh, and he got it to work too! Stay here and you won’t regret it.

Perfect for families

We had a wonderful stay. The house was large, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. Our grandchildren loved the backyard and the adults really enjoyed the hot tub. Definitely will be staying there again. Easy check in and the host stopped by to make sure that everything was okay. Definitely a five star rating.

The place was very accommodating, yard is perfect for kids and just chilling at home. Downstairs bedroom is useful and helps separate the crowds when needed. Only drawback is having to go down the stairs every time you want to use the backyard, but they are only like 10 stairs. Duggan was very responsive on the spot.

Highly recommend this fantastic rental. Everything from booking, to check-in, stay logistics, and check-out was simple and clearly communicated. The house is well stocked, has an awesome backyard and is very conveniently located. Quiet neighborhood feel backing green space. Hot tub was a nice amenity to treat our weary muscles after long days recreating. 100% would book here again when returning to Tahoe.

All you need for a relaxing and fun family vacation!

We had the loveliest stay here! The house is so spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you could need. Duggan was so helpful and responsive if a need arose. The backyard is just lovely - we spent many hours playing bocce ball, ladder golf, playing on the play structure, and foosball. The kitchen has more than any kitchen of a vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! It was fun to cook in. The location is fabulous, close to everything. The neighborhood was very quiet and we rested very well on the comfortable beds. There were more than enough blankets, towels, and bedding. The gift basket on arrival was so welcoming and brought much joy to our kids! We loved the Aleworx pizza place nearby for dinner and our kids loved watching their pizza being made. We had a wonderful time and will refer your home to our friends, thank you!

The house was better than expected. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated. I loved the tile floors. My family enjoyed their stay. The owner was very responsive and left a detail list, which made it easier and enjoyable stay. The basement area was a wonderful place for kids to play and watch tv. Definitely, plan to come back in the future. Bonus for us, was the backyard was big and kids got to play in the snow and we had a few bears that decided to come by and say hi :) ( which excited the kids).

He gave me a 75 dollar discount for a simple mistake which goes far to show you how much he really cares for your positive experience. The house was clean, spacious, and fully loaded with things you would generally need to have a good stay. Bring your own Fillet Minion though :). The Hot Tub was clean, The foosball table was fun, backyard was so joyous other than Mr. Wilson next door. Close to restaurants (we ate thai food nearby), close to snowmobiles and sledding. 10 Minutes from downtown. If i ever rent a place it will be from this property owner. Now the only Con to my stay was Mr. Wilson next door. My kids are ages 5,3,2. We checked in at 415 pm. and let my kids go play in the snow immediately at like 4:30 so they can have a little fun after the long drive. About 5 minutes into playing... Mr wilson whos house is next door is on his balcony and he says "hey someones sleeping over here can you have the kids keep it down". I said ok no problem and kind of brushed it aside and went on about my business. Its like Mr. wilson was never a child or something. Plus the weather was 30 degrees, if someone was truly sleeping at 5PM in 30 degree weather, im sure the windows wouldve been closed. Anyways, just Ignore Mr. Wilson and be good to your neighbors in any case. But let your kids enjoy themselves. Anyways, even with Mr wilson next door. Great house, with everything you need for a great vacation !!

This was a great house for our winter vacation - two families, 4 adults and 7 kids. The house is super nice, well equipped, with a great kitchen, which has everything you can think of to have great meals - from a quick breakfast to a full fancy dinner (to celebrate my birthday:) ) Located in a very quite neighborhood, yet in a very central place and close to the highways, so driving to our favorite ski resort was super easy. And after a long day skiing the sierra slopes, there is nothing better than relaxing in the Jacuzzi, which was pre-set to a perfect 101F. The owners were super nice, and responsive when needed. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house - we'll definitely be back.

I came to Tahoe on vacation from Australia in 1998 and have been drawn to the place ever since. In fact I moved here permanently tin 2013 and have been loving it ever since. I am lucky enough to teach snowboarding at Heavenly each winter and work in construction during the summer. My wife Angela and I feel very lucky to be able to raise our kids, Max and Paloma in this amazing outdoor playground.

We enjoy skiing and snowboarding Heavenly with the kids. I have begun exploring the back country snowboarding for a great combination of exercise, nature bliss and great powder riding.

In the Summer we take in the beaches and hikes as a family.

This house is just perfect for families. It is cozy and intimate upstairs but the huge downstairs den areas let everyone spread out when they need to. The yard is amazing. Enjoy the grill, hot tub and creek view all year round. A great mellow slope for Winter sledding and snow play. In the Summer the swing set, bocce ball and ladder ball will keep the kids occupied for days.
