This boutique hotel is located on Gulf Blvd, providing quick and easy access to get to other areas of Treasure Island or John’s Pass. The entrance to #2 is located a few steps from the entrance of the hotel, with a door that opens into the courtyard area.

The living area in this unit features a love seat that pulls out to a Queen size Tempurpedic mattress, providing a comfortable sleep experience, a TV with Roku streaming device and a lounge chair for relaxing. The unit has a kitchenette equipped with a stove top, mini fridge, microwave, as well as a coffee maker. The bedroom features a Queen size bed along with a storage area for your luggage and belongings. You can find a safe in each unit to store your valuables while visiting the nearby beaches and surrounding areas. The bathrooms feature a walk in shower and an available hair dryer.

Our outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and fun. We have a lounging cabana with seating for two, perfect for a cozy chat or enjoying a good book. For additional seating, we have a deep seating sofa set to kick back and relax as well as some lounge chair sets with umbrellas. You can also sway away your worries in our comfortable hammock, perfect for an afternoon nap. For those looking for some fun, we have yard games such as connect 4 and Jenga to enjoy with family and friends. And when you get hungry, our BBQ grill area is perfect for cooking up some delicious meals to be enjoyed at our Picnic table. There are also additional deep seating chairs in the BBQ area.

As a guest in our boutique hotel, you will have access to one parking space for your convenience. Additionally, you will have access to common outdoor spaces that are shared with all hotel guests, including a BBQ area, multiple lounging areas and outdoor games such as Jenga and Connect 4.

You can also enjoy a free beach access right across the street, which is easily accessible through a safety crosswalk.

The party booking must be 20* years of age or older to book a stay with us. (18-19 years of age message to request to book Only if you can prove you are responsible i.e. positive review record with AirBnb).

Quiet hours of 10PM - 8AM. Be respectful of the surroundings and other guests.

We do not accept 3rd party bookings! Whoever books must be staying at the hotel.

No Smoking or vaping except in the outdoor designated area. NEVER inside a Room or Suite!

NO illicit drugs or drug use including recreational marijuana.

No pets of any kind!

Only a vehicle of normal size will be provided with 1 parking space available at time of check-in to checkout - no exceptions.

Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dyeing hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
