You will also have the beautiful views of the mountains right outside in the backyard and of course the lovely sunsets in the evenings. We are only five minutes away from the freeway. The annual gem show is a 20 minute ride from the property. This gorgeous brand new fully upgraded, home that was recently built in 2023 has tall, vaulted ceilings, and 10 foot doors. It is very spacious and grand with a huge concept, kitchen and a massive island. It is equipped with all state of the art appliances and a fully stocked kitchen, which opens up into the living room so you can cook and host and still be involved with all your family and friends. The third bedroom has two bunkbeds. Each bunkbed has a twin over full mattress accommodating to sleep up to 6 children. Our home also includes a full-size office in the den where you can set up as your own personal workspace. We also provide Samsung oversized washer and dryer . You will have full access to the enclosed automatic garage with remote. We provide everything that you will need as if this was your own home. Fully stocked with all your needs, toiletries, towels, linens, ect.
