Alto Mountain Hideaway! Spacious condo with large deck

Escape to the Pines! This spacious 1800+ sq foot condo can be rented as a 2-2 (sleeps up to 4) or as a 3-3 (sleeps up to 8), based on the total number of guests. If rented as a 2-2, you will have access to the upstairs (the main living, kitchen, wrap-around porch) and will have one bedroom with a king bed and second bedroom with a queen bed, and each bedroom will have its own full bath. If rented as a 3-3 (for an additional fee of $15 per day/per guest, for guests 5-8), you will also have access to the downstairs, which has a third bedroom (with two queen beds), a secondary living space with desk, and another small bathroom. **If you want to rent the condo as a 3-3 with 4 or fewer people, then when reserving, just list the total number of guests as 5.**

The condo has a wrap-around covered deck, raised high in the pines, with a gas grill and gas fire pit. The living area has a gas remote-controlled fireplace and large windows with a beautiful view of the tree tops. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need for cooking. We also supply high speed internet, smart tvs with basic cable, full size washer and dryer, basic supplies The condo is close to the turn off for Ski Apache, Winter Park, Enchanted Vine Winery, Alto Lake hiking, and Flying J Ranch. Wildlife is very abundant in the area-- elk, deer, wild horses, hummingbirds

**There is a community pool (heated) available for guest use, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
